From reading the label, it is a good nutritutional drink; however, I struggled to finish one, due to the taste. So, I gave them to my teenage son, who usually drinks anything with flavor. Needless to say, he has drank one and the other 2 has sat in my refrigerator for the past 2 weeks.

I have no idea what the folks at Ensure did to the formula of the large size Ensure 14ounces because the taste seems to be "watered down" compared to the delicious and creamy 8 ounce smaller bottles. I am sure that the ingredients are good for your health, but the taste of the chocolate protein drink was completely different and because of this, I can't recommend it based on taste alone. Maybe others may find the taste pleasant, but in my opinion, the smaller bottles are the best tasting, and I hope Ensure realizes this and will make the taste the same as the smaller bottles. Are you listening Ensure?

My dad is 88 and doesn't have much of an appetite anymore, and what he does eat is mostly carbs. I was concerned about the amount of weight he's lost, particularly muscle mass, so I started buying him Ensure. I started with the regular Ensure, but then found the high protein/low sugar version, which he says tastes just as good as the original version. They're a little pricey, but since they're nearly twice the size of regular Ensure, he drinks only half at a time, so the cost works out about the same and he's getting a little more protein and a lot less sugar. I also like that they contain vitamins/minerals, since he doesn't take any other supplements like a multi-vitamin. I tasted the product as well, and it's quite good (like chocolate milk). Keep it chilled for the best flavor.

I tried this product for the first time and I really like the taste. There is no after-taste with this as there is with some of the other products. Helps me to get in my required amount of protein after having Gastric bypass surgery and I am within the guidelines I was given. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone needing to supplement their protein. My mother even drinks it twice a day. I paid more for other protein drinks, but this is the best one I have had.

For those needing the extra nutrients Ensure High Protein is great. The shipping was extremely fast. I would order this product every time I needed it online except there is no way to use the coupons I get from time to time. It was great having it delivered to my door instead of lugging it around.

My doctor recommended a high protein shake daily. The Ensure Creamy Milk Chocolate HP shakes are the best tasting I have found so far. I like to pour it over ice and drink right away. Very good product.

Good Protein shake served very cold. It has 25 g of protein and is only 210 calories for 14 fl oz. I enjoyed the shake and will buy again, it is just a little costly for 4 bottles.
