The poker chips have such dull colors and do not look anywhere near the ones posted on the website. The packaging was flimpsy and loose. Just as other reviewers' experience, the case was damaged with broken parts. We'll be returning this to the store.

Overall, good product for the price. We got it through ship to store. When I picked it up the shipping box was pretty beat up, but the product wasn't damaged. We couldn't find the buttons, but my husband didn't care. He's content with the set overall.

Not sure how this happened but received the item damaged on the case... Not sure if it was damaged during shipping. It's possible considering it was just in a box with no protection. Could have been made this way. Other than that it seems ok. Chips were not damaged. Would not recommend shipping to your house unless your really sure it wont be damaged.

I ordered this just so I'd have extra chips in case we ran out during our competition but it ended up being a really nice set. Everything Walmart lists is included and I ended up not using it and giving it away as a raffle prize.
