First time use, mainly for body and shine. Great for first 3 days, but seemed to wear off soon. The box said three weeks, but shine didn't seem to last a week.....body is okay after 2 weeks. I'm not sure I will try it again, due to expense/value.

This product lightened my dark hair, which unfortunately gave it an orangey glow. And my hair was shinier before. I'm kinda ticked off. Dull orangey brown hair is NOT what I wanted.

You should contact Garnier customer service and tell them what happened. I know when I bought "permanent" foam hair color and it washed out after two weeks, I contacted the company and they sent me coupons for free items to make up for my bad experience.
