i had bought the large size patches at a local store and i liked them - then i ordered several boxes of the smaller size ( not realizing more than the size would change ) i dont like the smaller size patches they are made from a different material compared with the larger size patches . the small size are uncomfortable because of too much adhesive and even the material is harder and more uncomfortable .

I Love these small patches, they really help my knee pain!! They help my knee joints move more Freely!! I use them Everyday!! Sometimes if I have a really stiff neck, I use them on the back of my neck & shoulders.

I have fibromyalgia and look for anything to help with the pain. These are the best product I have found. They go on like really sticky bandage and stay on. They will pull hair. You may want to shave before you put it on.
I would recommend these to anyone, and the smell is barely there.

After reading previous exciting reviews, I bought this product in the spray formula for my husbands aching knee. While the spray was very easy to use (no mess), he did not get any relief from the product. I gave it 2 stars just for the convenience and the low cost.

Great for OTC product

I have been using these patches for years. I have tried a few other ones. Nothing else worked, like these. I have them on right now. They do not have a strong oder and if in pain you could wear them out. I use them on my back my knees just anywhere there is pain and they really help the arthritis,strained muscles etc. I have used them when my foot was broken and also, put on my forehead for migraines. You just do not need to leave them on overnight or they will leave a red patch, but sometimes, I do! I just wished they made them in a bigger value pack. This is a great product for us older people, if we had known we was going to live this long would have taken better care of ourselves. So, since that did not happen at least there is something that really works. Or for anyone just trying to maintain pain. This is so much better than the greasy rubs that smell bad and do not even work. As far as appearance, they are what they are and who cares if they work.

I was in severe pain at work one day and a co-worker gave me one of these patches to try. OMG! Within 20 minutes, the back pain was 95% better. I was floored that I could finish my shift in relative comfort. I plan to never run out of them. I love these things!
