Overall good product

I bought this mainly to store my files on. It does a good job for that. The things that I didn't like about it are:
1. The direct copy feature only copies certain multimedia type files and leaves everything else. It would be better if it copied everything.
2. Turbocopy is supposed to speed up the copy process, but it still takes a very long time to copy files.
3. It only allows you to set up one level of shares. You cannot set up shares underneath a share for better access management.
4. When you lose one of the drives in a RAID 0 configuration, you also lose all the data from the remaining good drive.
