My husband bought this for our son for his birthday. You should let it charge up completely before it's first use. My son had trouble getting it to balance out and fly at first but after some practice he can now fly it around the yard with no problems. He loves it!

I purchased this product today and within 30 minutes it would not balance out, and it would also not stay up in the air for more than 5 seconds while It was fully charged. The only thing I could think of was that it was just a stupid product.

It didn't keep the charge as long as I thought it should even with brand new batteries. I will say a child that is looking forward to it will still be excited even through that.
