I love the design of this bench! I have a small space on my back patio and this picnic table is just the right size. Not only that, but it doubles as a bench which I really enjoy! The only problem I had with this item was that it took a LOT of assembly. If you don't mind using power tools and basically building the bench yourself, then buy this product. I was able to do it and I love the finished product, but know ahead of time that it will require quite a bit of time to put together.

Gave this as a house warming gift to my sister-in-law. She saw the picture on the box and thought it was a regular bench. Once she opened it and put it together, she really liked the idea of having a picnic table availble without using up a lot of space on her back porch. I have had trouble finding a cushion/pad for the seats. Otherwise, she thinks it is a great product and I like the fact it does not take up a lot of space on the new porch (she was really worried about space as the BBQ grill used up most of the porch). She said it was very easy to put together.

It was great just as a concept but once functional it is even better. Great quality of wood and screws, very easy to assemble and 0 problems once assembled. I was worried about the size but it is a fair size for adult use, I would say 4 to 6 adults.
The only thing unsaid in the description is that you will have to treat it for outdoor use. It does come stained (the actual color is nicer than it shows on pictures) but not varnished. You will have to work on it but you can choose the products that suit you better. For me it was a plus but I understand it can be seen as extra non-desirable work.

I was a little concerned about the size or the transformer-type ability to convert into a bench but it was a full success. I highly recommend it.
