This slow cooker is just what I wanted! Big 6 quart bowl, a lid that snaps on for easy traveling if needed and a sleek stainless steel look! Great bang for your buck! Ive already cooked several dinners in it and they turned out great! I would totally recommend getting a slow cooker.. They are so easy and convenient!

I purchased this slow cooker for its size and its securable lid because I often cook at home and then take the food to church potlucks. I've used the cooker only once, so I'll have to weigh in again later to make this review more valuable, but so far, so good. The food was properly cooked, and nothing spilled on the way to the church. Two negatives: I wish the unit had an on/off light, and I wish the lid did not have a long narrow space between the glass and the plastic handle, because I foresee problems with food residue getting stuck under the handle. I hope the gasket on the lid holds up well. I'm not sure what it's made of. If it's rubber, it undoubtedly will wear out before the rest of the unit; is it easily replaceable, or will I have to buy a whole new unit when it goes? Maybe it's silicone, which would be more durable.

This slow cooker is awesome! It cooksa relatively fast (for a slow cooker) and food is always delicious. Nothing better than throwing something in before work and coming home to a delicious home cooked meal! I bought one for my mom and for myself over a year ago and they're still going strong!

The low setting is too high. It heats up just fine, and I rarely ever make any dishes that require a high setting. I made one once on high with this slow cooker, and it turned out fine. It's just the low setting. I could make a recipe for a dish that is supposed to take 8 hours to cook, turn the knob to low, and it's done in 4 hours. Disappointing because that means I can only use this when I am going to be home all day. I'd like to know what happened to slow cookers having an "auto" setting? Where it would be on high for two hours, and then automatically turn itself to low.

I love being able to lay a full roast longways in the oval 6 qt crock pot. And not having to slice it in half and stack it to get it to fit like my previous 4 qt. round crock pot. The roast and veggies turned out delicious and so far I like everything about my new 6 qt. I also like the keep warm setting which my previous slow cooker did not have.

Works as advertised, good size. I've had this for 4 months & LOVE it! I'm glad I looked at all the reviews & bought this one. I bought a Crock Pot that cost more & NEVER worked. It was my first slow cooker & had the worst experience with it, that I almost didn't want to buy another one ever again. So happy I went with this one. Washes great in the dish washer too!

Overall...good product, only thing I found to be a bad thing was.. that the food odors kind of stays in the ceramic pot, even if you wash it a couple of times, if you make a dessert recipe it will kind of smell like if you put meat on it, solution: leave it with warm soapy water overnight, it doesnt remove the smell completely but it helps.

We Bought the stay or go to replace a large older crock pot. Since my family has a fair amount of parties I chose this one for the portability. So far I am pleased we have not tranported it anywhere, but I have made a roast and stuffed green peppers both turned out great. The stay and go heats and cooks just as well as my old one. I did find that the lid is bit tricky sometimes and found if I lock the latches at the same time the lid will fit perfectly, if you do lock them one at a time the lid just doesnt fit right.
