Nice looking bike but poorly made

I bought this bike for my son's 2nd birthday. I had the bike assembled at my local Walmart the day before his party. When he seen the bike he was ecstatic, all he wanted to do was ride the bike. Unfortunately, the chain and the bracket keep hanging up, which for a beginner made it impossible for him to peddle. I exchanged the bike, and the replacement had the same issues. Had to go with a different bike, which wasn't as nice looking but worked properly.

I ordered two of these for my twin boys' 3rd bday. the size was a good hieght. but the back wheel was worped, the front forks were bent, and the chain rubbed. also alot of the parts were plastic and looked cheap. I was very disapointed. however customer service reps were very friendly and returned my bikes with no problem.

Back wheel shattered

Was so excited to give this to my son for Christmas! Put it together and successfully put air in the front tire. When I went to put air in the back tire, the back wheel shattered! The tire didn't pop, the wheel actually shattered. Returned the bike to the store for a full refund, but did not buy this bike again. Decided to buy a bike with metal wheels/spokes instead of plastic.
