Better than the Sumas

After a disapointing encounter with the $50 Sumas product (returned to local store) I tried again with this manufacturer. This time, all went well, and I like the black mask display much better than the lcd on the Sumas unit. Also the controls seem more straight forward on the Boss. The install process is basically identical for the two units, and the sound quality (with Boss 250w speakers) is quite acceptable. Although I admit I am not a sound connoisseur. I would recommend this Boss unit over the cheaper Sumas and consider the extra $20 a good investment, at least for my needs.

Quality stereo for the price. Has enough power to push 6 speakers with great sound quality. Has nice options. Very straight forward install. Wiring is marked very well. Wiring diagram also printed on stereo itself, should the direction get lost.
