These things work GREAT for me! I cathc ALL types of fish using these (Bass, Stripped Bass, Blue gills, Channel & Flathead Catfish, Perch,Crappie etc.) BUT instead of a bell weight at the bottom of it I put a weighted jig head (!/8) there.
