Excellent picture and sound. Remote control has a delay and sometimes stop working for no reason. I love having VUDU Apps, VUDU Movies and NetFlix. I wish I could be able to browse the Internet or access YouTube, that would make this TV meet all my needs.
Internet Connection Test and Software Upgrade always fails, however Technical Support told me that it is a bug, and even when it says it fails, it actually works.
It takes a few minutes to detect my Internet connection, I don't have a high speed connection (3Mbps), but I am able to watch movies on NetFlix an VUDU with no problem.
Overall, great TV for the price. Compared to the price of most Internet TVs, this is a steal!
I am very happy with this TV

The only thing that impressed me with this tv was how fast the shipping was. I just have not had a chance to return it yet. The netflix works sporadically at best. I thought there was more internet access. You can access netflix or other PAID channels, that's it. It was difficult to connect and the connection very slow even when connected directly to modem.

defective tuner, can't surf

This TV only works if you are changing channels with a satellite or cable box. The TV's tuner does not work. After 20 minutes if you try to change the channel, the screen goes blank and you have to turn it off with the main power switch behind the TV. I tried 3 of these TVs last month under warranty and each new one had the same issue. It works fine for Netflix or only when using Direct TV DVR to channel surf. After 3rd try I bought a different brand and it works fine. Do not buy if you plan to change channels.

Don't buy this TV for wi-fi features

TV is well priced and has good picture and sound. We purchased the TV with the intent of being able to use the Wi-Fi feature to watch Netflix. We could not get the wi-fi dongle to pick up a wireless signal and were never able to connect. The Wi-fi dongle has to be pushed in pretty hard and barely fits and the space is designed to only work with the Viore wi-fi adapter so no hope of trying something else. We tried everything we could think of attempting to make it work to no avail. TV was returned and went to Target and purchased a VIZIO for a bit more money but set up with the new TV was a breeze. Pay a bit more money and get something that works.

Good price and picture, the sound is poor, but for the price is Ok. Unfortunately I had to return the TV, it freezes up suddenly and doesn't responds any command until you unplug it form the power source. You need to push several times the buttons of the remote control, it's annoying. I appreciate to walmart the easy process to return it.

This tv has a lot of work to be done to consider it an internet tv. I am very disappointed. Netflix only allows you to view the movies that are in your instant que. Remote works when it wants to. Power supply cord has an electrical short. Too many disappointments. Buy a better brand.

The TV 'freezes' up. It becomes 'stuck' on one channel and that channel can't be changed either by the remote or by using the actual controls on the TV itself. The only way to use it again is to physically disconnect the TV set from the power source. Also, none of the buttons on the remote are operational at this time, nor do the control buttons on the TV work either.
The sound quality has static at times.
The remote is terrible. It does not work properly. To change the channel it is necessary to push the buttons several times. For example: to change from channel 20 to channel 11, it usually takes at least 6 to 10 times pushing the '1' button before it enters and then it often 'freezes' up and can't be used until it is disconnected from the power source. This happens with most other channels also.

Great TV for a Great price!

WOW!!! We just got this for our daughter's birthday and I'm very impressed! We were a little hesitant about buying an off label product (my husband is Sony all the way), but we were very happy we took a chance! The picture quality is amazing...especially for a 720/60. The sound is fine, she's been listening to Pandora for hours now! A few things that might help others out...
YES, this is wall mountable...the description says no, but the TV has been updated and has 4 screw holes on the back for a wall mount...the instructions have the old model shown in them, and they had an added paper enclosed showing the new design and how to wall mount it.
I am not very tech savy, but after trying to set up the wi-fi, I went back to reviews and found that once you make the initial connection, it is set! When you turn the TV off then back on again, it takes about a minute, then a screen appears saying "internet detected". Then another minute or two goes by and it says "connection established". Just like everyone else in the reviews say, BE PATIENT!! I went back to the wireless connection menu several times, thinking it didn't save the password...when you do that, it wipes out the password so you must re-enter it! If you are just patient, once you enter it once the system connects itself!
Vudu and Netflix were easy to connect too.
I'm very happy with this purchase, and will probably buy a second for my son! My daughter loves it!

A Good TV for the Money

I wanted a TV with internet apps for my bedroom but they were too expensive, then I came across this TV. I have had it for 3 weeks now so I am able to accurately give it a good review. The positives:
-->It is a good size TV for the price.
-->The picture is good and clear and the wireless internet settings was easy to set up.
-->It comes with a wireless USB receiver which when you connect it to the TV, it picked up my signal immediately.
The negatives:
-->Sound quality is poor. I have the settings for the balance and treble up to 60 and the volume up to 63 and I still could not hear my TV shows over the whir of my fan. I also tried to hook it up to my computer speakers but the sound would not come through them loudly. I also hooked up my headphones and I did hear sound out of my headphones but the sound was still coming through the TV speakers.
-->Lack of internet apps. TV has only 2 apps, Netlix and VUDU. I still have to use my Roku to view my internet other apps.
-->TV sometimes won't respond. Sometimes the TV won't respond to the remote. When this happens I have to reset the Master Power Switch.
Overall I would purchase this TV again. The price, quality of the picture, plus the fact it can connect to my internet makes it a great purchase.

After about 4 hours of trying to connect the tv to the internet I finally gave up and will return it to the store. The first time I tried it said the strength of the wi-fi connection was 89%, the second time it was 85%, then 50% and now 18%!! The router is about 10 feet away. What a waste of money and time. I wish I'd read all of the reviews first. Pay a few extra dollars and get a tv that actually works. Clearly Viore knows there is a problem with connectivity and yet I could not find a single article online or on its website offering guidance.

TV Ok, Viore Customer Service is Non Existent

I was so very excited to get this TV,for our extra room. The install was super easy, the picture is A (B) the Sound is a (B) However the internet is a huge Issue. To try and connect to Netflix. If you are getting this TV for a room that is NOT close to a router you are going to have a huge issue. You will either need to hard wire it for signal , Order a router booster at 89.00 , call cable company to hard wire it in , or Get a extra router 99.00 for the TV. The signal strength is just not there.
The second and Most " Important Issue was the " Viore " Customer Tech Service" I called yesterday to get help with Internet as i got a super router. The Guy was rude, me he had to many calls and If I did not have my AES # that moment to hang up and call back after I waited 45 min on hold to get help. I asked to speak with " Viore Supervision " and gave my number and was told they would call me back in 30 Min, well I knew that was a dream not going to happen, and they never called back.
I hate to say it , But this TV only offers a Limited Wifi, You get what you pay for , Better off to get a regular TV and a Ruku player ..
Its Going back , Shame on you Voire for not offering great customer support to your clients. Keep it like that and you will surely see a drop in your business.

Wal-mart shipping was great, Viore product not

I was looking for an inexpensive 32-37" TV with Netflix capabilities built in for my kids play room.
This TV specs for the 32" Viore (model LC32VH60CN ) had what I was looking for, but the results were not.
Upon initial setup it would find my network but when I tried to test the network connection it would always fail. I called Viore customer service (which has very limited hours) and was told that the “test network connection” always fails and to just ignore it. I still could not get it to connect to Netflix. I tried a couple of different wireless routers with no luck. I contacted Viore customer service again and was after removing all of my security on my routers I could get the TV to connect to Netflix (but still not play), upon further testing I could get the TV to connect to the network with a WEP security, but nothing higher, such as WPA or WPA2 even though the TV’s network had settings for these.
Netflix would connect, but then it would end almost immediately, the Viore customer service rep said I might have too many items in my Netflix Instant Queue, but he couldn’t tell me how many were too many, so I started deleting entries from my Netflix Instant Queue. Once I got the Instant Queue down to 12 entries Netflix would then play. At this point I figured I had things working, and was ready to start using the TV (2 days after setting it up and messing with it for hours).
However things are not quite that easy. I then discovered that Netflix only had the Instant Queue available, there were no options available for searching or other categories. I contacted Viore Customer Service and was told that Netflix had made a change to the software and had not included the Viore TV’s in their update and that Netflix was working on a correction and it should be available in 48 to 72 hours. I asked if I would have to download any updates and was told that when Netflix activates the new software it would just start working. After waiting a week with no changes I called Viore customer service again, the service rep was not aware of the Netflix problem, he suggested I call Netflix to report the problem. Also the customer service rep did not have a TV that they could test/try to see the problem. I called Netflix and they have no knowledge of Viore TVs or the model number. I called Viore customer service back and told them that Netflix did not have any record of Viore TV’s in their database. The Viore Customer Service rep took my information and said he would check into it and give me a call back, 5 days later I still did not have a response. I called Viore customer service again, they had no update and didn’t know if they had a problem logged with Netflix.
The TV also sporadically appears to go to sleep on its own (the green power light stays light, but the screen is blank and no sound and will not respond to the remote) and will not turn back on without unplugging the TV. This has only seemed to happen when the TV has been left on for a number of hours. I contacted Viore customer service about this and they said it might be a power supply problem (within the TV).
I will be returning this TV, for the following reasons:
1. Netflix not supporting any search function and only a limited Instant Queue (it appears to be a maximum of 12 shows). This problem will probably be resolved but I don't know when, it has been this way for at least 2 weeks.
2. Having to use a weakened wireless network security.
3. Viore’s customer service being unresponsive/unknowledgeable.
4. After turning on the TV it takes 30-45 seconds to recognize the network connection and another 30-45 seconds for it to activate the network connection.
5. The TV sporadically going to sleep and having to unplug it.
A Netflix integrated TV is a great idea, this is just a bad implementation of it.
