Review 1 for LeapFrog LeapPad1 Explorer Learning Tablet, Pink
I like the product. I purchased it for my granddaughter out of state. I was disappointed that the math and reading programs were not any of the installed programs. I would have purchased them had I known they were not any of the iinstalled programs.

Review 3 for LeapFrog LeapPad1 Explorer Learning Tablet, Pink
Games it comes with are cute and we bought one game and its very good - good learning with lots of different skills. Best for a child that can read a bit - but the ebooks don't require reading which are fun until they can read then the games would be good. Daughter is having fun making videos/movies and taking pictures too. Has a lot of things for them to do and screen is nice size and visuals are good. Daughter loves that hers is pink!

Review 8 for LeapFrog LeapPad1 Explorer Learning Tablet, Pink
I love the concept of this product as in all in one activity tablet. I got this for my daughter so she would have an age appropriate tablet of her own. She seems to really enjoy it. I like the fact that you have the options to upload activities to it as well as get the ones that you can pop in. It also gives you an option to create three profiles if you want more than one child to share it or have the option for someone to sign in as a guest to play. The profiles track the progress and tokens earned through individual play.
The only thing that I don't like about this product is how much money you can end up spending when it's all said and done because the extra programs cost from $5 to $25 dollars per download. Besides that, I like this for my daughter rather than have her play with my Kindle Fire or her dad's ipad. It takes the worry out of her playing with something she shouldn't or accessing the internet and coming across something inappropriate. Plus it's all educational and based and promotes creativity which is great in my book.
I gave it only four stars because of the cost overall with all the apps potential purchased over time.

Review 10 for LeapFrog LeapPad1 Explorer Learning Tablet, Pink
I love this toy. It is perfect for my 4yr old daughter. The only negetive I have to say about it is that it runs on AA batteries. The AC Adapter is a must purchase. I wish this unit had a rechargable battery.

Review 11 for LeapFrog LeapPad1 Explorer Learning Tablet, Pink
This was a gift for my 3 year old daughter and she loves it. She calls it her I-Pad. Has a decent camera for a child. Parents need to buy additional software because it only has a few basic apps preloaded on it, but overall she is very happy with it.

I bought this for my daughter last christmas when she was 2 and she still plays with it daily, she loves it!.. but your going to end up putting in 4 new batteries weekly (spending the cost of the leap pad in batteries) i would definitely recommend going for the leap pad2 with the rechargeable battery

I bought this product online, received the product within a few days but didnt open the package until 2 weeks after. With either fully chargerd energizer rechargeable from walmart or the AC adapter the screen goes blank or sometime grey with lines. My 4 year old daughter and 6 year old son is very disappointed right now! The return policy says return in 15 days and in original packaging. 15 days has passed and that packaging long gone. I want to see how 'walmart' will respond to this return which i had no effect on. Leapfrog/Walmart; this issue will determine where i spend my hard earn money in the future.......

My daughter loves this toy, we gave it to her 2 weeks ago because of her good performance at school. Unfortunately it freezes all the time specially with the Pet pad game. The batteries are very difficult to be taken out. Keep safe the USB cable enclosed because other brands just don get the device connected to your PC. Plastic looks very very cheap. But the worst of all was that the paint in the purple an pink areas comes off so easily, you just have to scratch it a little and you'll be very dissappointed of the quality.

I bought this for my grand daughter's 3rd birthday (who is learning at an above average rate). She absolutely LOVES her Leap pad. I bought the download app and downloaded an age appropriate E-book and games. Kudos to Leap Frog for once again creating a fun way to learn!

We purchased the tablet for our 5 year old daughter for her birthday. She really enjoys the games, and being able to take pictures like her older siblings. This is a great product for the price. We did purchase 2 sets of rechargeable batteries for her, so that she may have a set in the tablet and a set charging. In the first 2 days I noticed her interest in letter recognition and writing peak! Very parent and kid friendly. The only reason that I gave it a 4 for expectations and satisfaction, is that the batteries run down very quickly when the toy is being used a lot. (Meaning a long 5 hour trip to grandmas and then off and on during the day). That will wear the batteries out quickly. But with normal use, we have only replaced the rechargeable batteries, 1 time in 4 days. Don't hesitate to purchase this product, your child will love it. (P.S. her older siblings 12, 10 and 7 try to steal it and play with it when they can. They like the virtual pets!)

My daughter loves it so much. The only bad thing that I have to say about it is that it goes thought batteries like nobody's business. My advise is buy some rechargeable batteries along with any Leapfrog devise. But all in all my kids loves it.
