The Garmin nvi 1300 LM 4.3 GPS bundle is essential equipment for any long distance traveler. It includes nuMaps lifetime updates for City Navigator NT for 48 states, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. It is lightweight and slim, making it convenient to carry during your travels. The 4.3-inch widescreen display has a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels for clear picture quality. The widescreen with TFT-WQVGA display presents information clearly and brightly. You can also receive spoken directions with the turn-by-turn directions feature. This Garmin ultra-thin GPS navigator can be customized by adding custom points of interest (POIs) to the preloaded ones. This auto GPS system can also calculate the most fuel-efficient route with its ecoRoute feature. The lithium ion battery of this GPS system is rechargeable and has up to four hours of battery life. This Garmin nvi 1300 LM 4.3 GPS bundle includes a carry case, two vehicle-powered cables and two mounts.

This is a great GPS---decent size, works well. The package with all the pieces is nice--able to use in more than one car and the power cord is a must. Look for this on sale and then BUY!

I have tried this product about 6 or 7 times now. It seem like it takes forever to locate a satellite signal so it can give you directions. When you come to the different streets that you have to turn on, you are on top of the street almost before the unit tells you you are there. And finally. you cannot view the directions and the map at the same time. I had an old Nextar that cost less and works better than this unit. The only reason I purchased this item is because my old Nextar has no map upgrades or I would have kept it. Thank goodness I dont need to use it every day or I would have returned it.

I paid almost $400 for my first Garmin 6 years ago. Small screen and no extras. Even updated it was no longer worth much. For $99 this new Garmin was a steal. Way more options, lifetime updates and cool extras. Killer deal.

The bundled package was perfect for our two cars. We keep a cable and mount in each vehicle and the leather case is great for protecting the GPS. Once I charged the GPS, I was able to test its features within our home since it was able to receive a strong satellite signal even in the house.
With the free lifetime map updates, this makes it an outstanding product for both value and features.

I wanted a Garmin NUVI because of the many positive reviews I had read. I found the GPS to be super easy to use and customize to my personal preferences. Lifetime map (LM) updates was not an option for me so getting a Garmin with LM bundled with chargers, cables to connect with my computer, protective case, and TWO mounts under $90 was INCREDIBLE!

1st I never give a 5 STAR rating unless the item is really remarkable, so don't let the 4 STAR rating distress you. This item and package so far is an excellent deal in that it has set-ups for two vehicles (2 mounts, 2 power supply cords) along with a USB connection cord for a PC and a leatherette carrying case for the GPS unit itself. This Garmin Nuvi is my second GPS unit so I have experience with GPS units in general. (The 1st unit was a Tom Tom) General operation and search features are intuitive after being exposed to how GPS units operate. So those of you who are looking for your 2nd or 3rd GPS unit... No problems. First timers you'll need to have the manual close by the first time or two you use the device.

Easy to use for this beginner! Have only used 3Xs. It just may be a problem for me but I have had trouble getting it to 'stick' to the windshield. Since this is my first experience with any GPS, I might not be doing something right. Otherwise, I am really enjoying my driving.

This system was great. I figured out how to work it in less than 10 minutes and I took it out on the road and it showed me quicker directions to a spot. I am taking a road trip next month so I will have a better feel of the machine.
