The bottom load feature is wonderful. The water temperatures are perfect for my family's needs. The company's customer service works with a live person! They helped me troubleshoot and solve a minor issue. So glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and purchased it.

I purchased this 2 1/2 months ago.
It is very loud.
Then it gets louder.
I put it on a rug to lessen the noise.
It helped but it is continuing to get louder.
The hot water is a nice feature.
The bottom load is nice as it does not spill water.
This cooler was an upgrade from one that cools only.

We have well water that just isn't worthy of drinking. I've been filling up 1 gallon jugs and that was working well, until my 4 year old started filling cups up with water from the sink. So I thought a water cooler would be a good solution for our house. I love the bottom load option and the child safety on the hot water. Now I know if my little one is thirsty he will be drinking good water. Just purchased this water cooler and so far so good. Only downside is there is NO adjustment screw on the back to adjust the thermostat. I even took the back panel off to see if I could find a flat head screw and there was none. They apparently have changed it since previously purchased models. I also discovered that www.primo.com has excellent videos to go along with any trouble shooting concerns. As for the noise, mine is super quiet.

When I set it up, the cold water didn't dispense. I called customer service and they were able to fix the problem right away. During shipment, the cold water lever shifted and needed to be moved back into place. They talked me through removing the top, locating the plastic lever, and I was able to easily slide it back into place. It has worked perfectly ever since. I like the bottom load since we are just refilling the water jug with our own water. We bought this unit so that we could have ice cold water on our office.

As promised... I fill the five gallon jug at the store for $1.89 and enjoy ice cold water any time I want it. Hot water great for tea and oatmeal etc. Separate turn offs for hot and cold so you can save energy. Hidden bottle keeps the unit looking great. Love it

I love this product! I don't have any problems with the sound but I did notice the water was not as cold as I would like it. Someone posted a good tip and I would have never known that it was a thermostat otherwise, so thanks for the tip. I read reviews a good bit if I am going to make a big purchase and find them very helpful. I wanted this so we would not have to buy bottle water as much and it is easier for my little girls to go and get water whenever they need a drink and feel like they are big girls :) We love this product and would recommend to everyone.

This is one of the best water coolers for the home ever. My old one had a small refrig at the bottom, but this one is better. It is so much nicer being able to slide the water jug in, rather than having to wait for someone to load it from the top. It is just what was needed here. I enjoy the hot water being hot for coffee and hot drinks and the cold water is refreshing. I am very pleased with the water cooler. It was worth the money.

i love the primo, all the functions work as promised the only issue I had which wasn't major is that the cold water tank doesn't really dish out cold water when the jug is almost empty. I love this and would recommend to anyone, no installation required and attaching bottle is super easy!

Worth purchasing!
If you're looking for a fair priced water dispenser this is worth your money. It's a nice looking dispenser and the bottom dispensing feature is very convenient. It can accommodate different sized bottles which is also a plus.
I especially like the choice having the light on or off and the alert the bottle is empty.
The only minuses with the dispenser is that buttons are "cheap" so for example, if you have children or a lot of traffic in your home the buttons may become stuck potentially allowing water to spill onto the floor. Additionally, there are water cup guides that are plastic and without care they can be easily broken.

I love that this is a bottom load, I was really worried that my kids would tip a top load cooler on themselves. It was very easy to set up with little to no assembly. The hot water is very hot and the cold water is very cold. My only real complaint on this is that sometimes the hot water drips a little after you've let go of the button. It burnt me the first time because I wasn't expecting it. Other than that, I think it was a good value for the money. I would buy it again.
