I'm sure it will work well.
The 4 gauge, 12 foot is a combination I could not find anywhere, larger diameter wire and short length, takes up less space in the cabin. I would not use any smaller wire for a jumper. If I could buy a 1 gauge, 12', I would. The 20' cables are too long and heavy.
The clamps are basic, adequate and don't look like the picture.
Good value for $22.

this item arrived with different clamps than is shown on the picture. I was not pleased at all with the cables that arrived.
