I live in Hawaii, my grandson Texas. I usually order items for my grandchildren and have delivered to the local store (Texas or Oregon), or to their homes. It was his 6th birthday. He was so excited and had been asking for it for over a year. He was so excited and said it was the best Lego set ever. It came with another Pirate Lego set. You have to try the order and ship from Wal-Mart, it makes it so easy. You don't have to go shop, package, go to post office pay more money for shipping. Order, select delivery option and pay. YEAh. Aloha

I got this for my husband (I know, big kid, he loved it and I even think it's really cool) but I ended up putting it together for him. Super easy to put together with step by step instructions, but it will take several hours.
My only complaint is that it only comes with 2 cannons. It shows 4 in the pictures but if you look closely they actually put BOTH cannons on one side for the photo and that is quite deceitful. I'd say it would be 5 star if they had put 4 cannons because 6 cannon ports with only 2 cannons looks a bit odd.
got this on sale at our local walmart for 25% off but still consider THAT price high. I would not have purchased it at it's full price as it's just too much to ask for this item.

LEGO has been a huge part of the past decades and even though they may be somewhat expensive it does not disappoint. My daughter spent over four hours putting this Pirate ship together and the quality is unbelievable. Would buy more of these products in a heart beat.

We did present this set to our 7 1/2 y.o. son for Christmas. He was thrilled! Set is amazing, keeps him busy for hours..He did assemble everything by himself, it took less than a day... He wishes that Lego will go with Flying Dutchmann too.
Price tag over $100 for kids toys should be considered as crime..lol. But if mom will give up new fragrance and dad will not go to the hockey game...will work as gift for special occasion.

My son (15), an avid Lego enthusiast, as well as a "Pirates" fan, really enjoyed this. Got it on sale so the price was better (he asked for this one for Christmas) and free shipping. He wasn't disappointed - loved all the details and especially the mini figs. Had a great time building it. Now he's showing it off to all his friends; it is still the "centerpiece" in our family room.

My grandson loves legos and this particular set was the one he wanted more than all the other sets. I thought the set was a little pricy but purchased it for him anyway. He played with it all week while visiting. When he transported it home he was very careful to not damage it.

This came in as expected and was cheaper online than it was in the store. Overll, I find it weird that walmart does this (it was actually shipped to the store and separate from the rest of their inventory), but it saved me $10, so it's all good.

My son loves this and wanted it really really bad so we got it for his 11th birthday. I was not crazy about spending 100.00 on a toy and still think it is way over priced for a toy that really only makes one thing. It only took him a few hours to put it together.
