love that it warms quickly and stays warm. loosens back muscles. haven't tried in car yet but like that feature. i don't like the massage part but the kids do...folds down so easy storage. buttons are easy and so are connections. hope it lasts forever!

I liked the Back Massage Cushion, but the vibrating drove me a little crazy. I have to admit that I had a headache already when I was using it. But for the price it was well worth just the HEAT. Would I buy it again- no, just because of the heavy vibation.
