When we opened the box, we were pleased with the high quality look of the product. But any high quality look was wasted on the low quality inside. Shortly after setting it up we wherein the middle of using it when it justturned off with no warning. After every attempt of mine and tech support to get it working again we returned the excessively priced paper weight.
