I DID NOT LIKE IT THAT MUCH BECAUSE I COULDN'T PIMP THE CARS OUT AND COULDN'T FREE RIDE AS WELL SO YEA BUT IT WAS PRETTY GOOD OVERALL

Only reason i rated ths as average value is because even though it shows its now $24 instead of $29.99, i was still charged the $29.99 when i bought it. Other than that, its a really great game. Extremely fun.
