Handle does not work - check before you buy it!

My wife bought this at the Highland, MI Walmart today and got it home 60 miles away and discover the handle does not work. After a dozen attempts, could not get the handle to up. Finally got it to go half way up and now can't get it to go down. We are heading up north now and it is not available in any Walmart stores within 50 miles of our home. We will trade it in for another model that does work, but NOT this one!

I read the reviews and couldn't wait to get it. I have used it several times already. I have three boys and 2 play baseball. It is perfect to tote around to the fields, easy to handle and pull around rough terrain. I really enjoy it and have even used it to keep some chocolate milk cold in it for the kids. It has been working out great!!! I can pull it and hold onto my 4 year old at the same time.

this is exactly what i was looking for to take on the pier fishing. There are igloo coolers that are spacifically made for that , but at a much larger size and price. A very convenient size with wheels and a telescoping handle.

THIS ITEM IS JUST RIGHT FOR THAT DAY AT THE BEACH OR A FAMILY GET-TOGETHER. IT HELD 2 BAGS OF ICE AND 8 SODAS AND SEVERAL PACKS OF MEAT AND SANDWICH ITEMS. JUST THE RIGHT SMALLER SIZE COOLER...PERFECT FOR 2 TO 4 PEOPLE....ICE WAS STILL THERE THE NEXT DAY! KEPT THINGS REAL COLD! NICE TIGHT COVER! GREAT ITEM!!!
