The jewlery case itself is GREAT!! I put it together by myself( 21, female), very easy and everything I needed was there! The case stores all my jewlery perfectly! I looked at many of these and within my price range, it was the best. However, upset with Walmart. The case comes with the mirrored door pre- attached, leaving only the base to be put together and adding the jewlery case with the mirrored door. To my understanding it should be level. Im unpleased with the fact there is a gap starting from the top all the way over gettin larger as you go across. The door snags on the base because of the unlevel door. I'm pretty good with handy work. I could fix this- but the hinges are set and it would ruin the case, for obvious reasons. Yet I shouldn't have to fix this issue, it could be prevented in the future. Recommend this product 100% !!!

I purchased this for a college graduation present for my daughter. She loves it! Very heavy and sturdy! Easy to put together... well worth the money! It is a very nice piece of furniture and looks beautiful. Very rich looking. I have an oak one made from the amish for myself and was afraid she wouldn't like this one from walmart! She likes this one better than mine!! So I was very happy with my purchase! Just make sure you have someone to help carry the box! Once you get it out of the box it is much easier to handle. And a word of advice... put the base on in the room where it is going to be because it will be hard to carry to another area put together. Don't be afraid of this purchase... YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH IT.... IT IS VERY NICE!

Hard to tell what quality to expect looking at photo's but i took a chance and was not disappointed. It is all solid, decent quality wood, nice bevel edged mirror, interior nicely felt lined, and quality adjustable hinges on door which was nice as the door was a little crooked but I just loosened a couple of screws, adjusted the door up on one side a touch and tightened the screws and the door is straight. The unit comes in a pretty heavy box as the base in very heavy so having someone around to move the box and for assembly is a plus. the assembly only takes 20 minutes or so. This is not an accessory, it is a piece of furniture and built as such. Am very pleased with it and it was a great Christmas gift for my wife. She loves it. have seen some of these cost much more that were not built this good.
