Based on one week of use- Easy install. Performs as described and expected. Although the quality is not at the top in the overall market, it appears to be fantastic for the price point. Good water pressure through one but especially with both heads in use. Time in shower reduced due being able to remove soap, shampoo, etc more efficiently. The product meets/exceeds the expectations of me and my family. The only very minor irritation is that the hose that connects the handheld head is a bit quirky and isn't as flexible as I would like. Hoping it will relax a bit over time. But this certainly isn't a deal breaker considering the product's overall performance thus far. Nice to find a reasonably priced product that I won't feel terribly upset about if it has to be replaced eventually considering hard water is hard on these things around our house. Appreciate that the product provides good performance and a bit of luxury with the dual heads at this price.

The shower kit is very nice & sleek looking. It serves several purposes for me. 1. showering 2. cleaning the tub. The hand held is excellent for rinsing the shower walls.
My only con is that the three shower speeds are not very strong, especially the massaging one. But it is still a good value for the price.

When I saw the price of this I couldn't resist. I've never had a dual shower head before and this lives up to the expectations I had. I like the fact that I can have one, the other, or both on, and both have their own settings. Its not bad looking either :)

The only thing you have understand is that the holder for the wand swivels easily...it was not rigid like I expected. You can have wand and head active at the same time providing a large amount of water directed in different directions. The hose was not crimped like many I have seen but does curl unless heated up and left to hang to get the curl out.
