We purchased this after an awful experience with Insta Bed queen (also from Walmart). This holds air and works wonders! Now, I'm looking forward to our camping trip!
Do yourself a favor and buy this simply for reliability and comfort!
it without the pump, guess what? I slept on the ground with the 'bed' flat on my back for the last three days..... :-(

Very comfortable when it actually inflates. Too bad it keeps deflating within 10 minutes! RETURNING!

I'm really surprised at all the positive reviews i bought one, inflated it and was flat on the hard floor within 2 hours, reinflated and same thing happened. Not a very restful night. So, I thought OK, I got a bad one and so I exchanged it for another and the same thing happened. I will stay away from this brand of bed. I just ended up with aches and pains from sleeping on a hard floor. lucky for me all this occurred within a 11 day span because there is only a 15 day return policy on air beds here. buyer beware.

Review 7 for Coleman Queen Single High Air Bed
Not that comfortable, didn't last

The mattress wasn't that comfortable. The "dimples" or depressions where the two halves are "knitted" together create an uneven surface that takes some getting used to, at minimum. After about 20 nights of use, the "dimples" started coming apart creating big lumps in one area and making the bed too soft. Adding air just made it fall apart that much more quickly.
this is ok. I have not used airbeds extensively, but this one not good for prolonged use. I feel its good for travelling, if you sleep or rest for couple of hours. overnight or few days may not be comfortable. may be this is common air bed problem. I got this since I am expecting guests during holidays. Its ok from that perspective. you wont get a mattress at that price.
I first purchased the self inflating sleeping mat from Colman. This was not designed well, defective really. Much worse than a cheap air mattress. when inflated one end would bubble up and the other goes flat. Impossible to sleep in. They forgot to bond the cover to the foam inside. I then upgraded to this queen size bed, MUCH nicer. Non slip surface and a well designed valve system.
I really liked this mattress the first 2 weeks. Now the air keeps coming out but I cant find where its coming out from. Its very comfortable though :/

Would not hold air

I purchased this item due to its good reviews. Unfortunately, the air mattress that I received just kept on deflating. Instead of returning the item to Walmart, I submitted a warranty claim at the coleman website. They were quick to send me a replacement and they sent me a better model (quickbed line).

I purchased this mattress for use in our Travel Trailer. With the included air pump it inflated in a couple of minutes. Slept comfortably on it for 3 nights. Very little loss of air and was able to deflate and store in the carrying bag without any problems.

Total Disappointment and waste of money

Have not been tent camping for many years and needed to go to my son's Webelo outing recently. My wife bought this mattress and I did not have time to stage it before the trip. Big mistake. After a few hours we were sleeping on the cold ground. What a miserable night. Next day I figured I would search for the hole and patch it with duct tape for the next night. Turns out there were tiny slits in rows all along the bottom. Guessing from the equipment assigned to fold the product into the shape where it would fit once - and only once - into the bag included with purchase. BTW, my neighbor in an adjoining tent had a similar experience. Don't waste your money.

Bought this bed the day I went camping for 2 nights. Both nights woke up on the ground after fully inflating 6 hours before going to bed. Returned the item after that weekend, would not purchase this item.

not what I expected from coleman

this mattress did not last for more than a week. I am a big girl and the "springs" popped. For the record I am 5'8" and I weigh 250 lbs. So I returned it with no problems. That is the great thing about Walmart; they don't give you a hard time when one needs to return something.
