Packaged well, no parts missing. Scope was pre calibrated ready to mount, ready to use within minutes... It is heavier than expected, harder to break. Until you learn how to break it from the top. Does kick back, and aim isn't so good freestyle. The first few rounds break sound barrier, and at night sparks like a 22 rimfire. I can get a group of less than 3 inches with a small wind to a 1/4 inch in a good day at 170 to 190ft. With the crosman hollow premium. Trying with any other pellet I get more than 5 inches. Pellet's drop earlier so have to adjust every time a different pellet type is used. Quiet sometimes, every now and then a pellet break's like a 22. I already upgraded from a quest 1000X. and the only difference is the sound and the weight. Both are as acurate, and about the same range and punch to target. Both can easily hit cans but anything smaller like a quarter you got to really work on them...
