The very first time my I used this on my boyfriend he didn't like it. The second time was a different story. He LOVED it. He asked me to use it every time. I loved it from the very beginning. It does dry in a sorta sticky residue-y way on your hands but it's worth it. It has a very cool/cold feeling more than tingly but it was still great! I would recommend this for both him and her. Loved it.
