Well, its a good bag, BUT. When I got it, it was a darker grey than shown in the picture on the website, there was also a small white tag sown into the top flap of the bag on the left side that had an image of a green leaf. It stands out and does not look good (meaning the tag with the leaf). Also, when I first opened my package after the FedEx dropped it off, I found little strings all over the bag (little pieces of thread from about the length of a few centimeters to a few inches) Also, the stitching job was HORRIBLE. I found a huge thread down the length of one of the shoulder straps that looked like it was not sewn in all the way. It was basically hanging loose. At the top of the bag where the clip attaches to the top flap, the sewing job looks like the machine malfunctioned. There were messy layers of lines of threads. It looks horrible. Now, you dont really notice it if you take a quick look, but they could have done a better job. Another problem was that the shoulder straps are a lot thicker than they look in the picture. They are the same width all the way down, as apposed to the picture where it implys that they get skinnier the father down they go. And one last thing. I got this bag for school, and I bought it so that I could use it to carry books around. I imagined, due to how the picture looked, that I could put books in there and have the bag still look like it did in the picture. When the bag is full of actual stuff (ie. books, camping gear etc.) IT DOES NOT LOOK THE SAME. The bag sags and feels uncomfortable. A pro to this bag is it can easily fit a binder and books (meaning its big enough to). I apologize for my review being so long and detailed, but I want you, the potential buyer, to have the information I didnt when buying this product.
