I bought these because they where on clearance online. They are a good value for an every day casual shoe. They are leather and are fairly comfortable. They fit well and look good.
I don't know how long they will hold up, but for the price, I'll be happy if they last at least 6 months of everyday use.

If you like shoes which are made out of plastic, you will love these shoes.

While in the store I thought I liked these so I bought two pair (due to the cost). After a few work days, I found I had to buy additional insols to put into these Dr. Scholl's shoes... ironic isn't it. The little gel pad incorporated into the heel of the shoes are a major annoyance. The gel pad simply sticks up too far, if that wasn't bad enough, they stick to your heel (through the sock)! They feel like your sock has doubled over and is stuck under your heel. NOT GOOD.
HOT: I also find the shoes are VERY hot, you'll find yourself pulling the heel away from your foot looking for any relief.
I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Admittedly, I do have a wide foot, so I wasn't terribly surprised that the shoe would be tight to my feet. They are fairly comfortable in the heel.
Shipping was superb. I did not expect them to arrive in 2 business days!
Good value. These shoes look much more expensive than I paid for them.

Good shoes- Bad laces

Shoes are good, comfort and fits correctly. The laces loosens many times a day by normal walking pressure and you have to tie it multiple times.
The lace has already started fraying at the eyelets in effort to tie them tightly.

im a portly fella who has had foot problems for years. did the podiatrist stuff etc. my feet still hurt! spending a fortune trying to find the right shoes has become a hassle. well no more. the dr scholl Manny ii's are so awesome. i have bought the more expensive shoes and they dont even compare. the only thing comparable in comfort to these are tim's hiking boots. and most people cant wear those to work. try these shoes out, you will not be disappoint!

Several of the comments indicated the shoes are larger than the sizes would indicate, but I found a size 10 to be quite large for my normal size 9 foot. Size 9 may have been OK. 9.5 would have been perfect but it wasn't available.

After using for about 10 months soles made from soft rubber just split side to side where they have to bend in front area. With shoes showing not much wear otherwise it is disapointing to have them fail like this making shoes unusable.
