I have only used this oven once, but so far I'm pleased. I like the size, big enough to cook just about everything. I like that the accessories are included for everything the oven can do, rather than having to purchase separately.

I haven't cooked too many thing on the rotisserie yet, but it's put out some awesome stuff. I use this about 10 times more often than the oven. I knew full well how big it was when I ordered, but it is something potential buyers should take into consideration.

My experience with Walmart was excellent from the start---their impressive web page and near-
instant response to ALL questions and the delivery to my door! Walmart responded via email
within 24 hours at least FIVE times. This . . . was NOT the problem.
I tried baking and broiling in the new oven, a disaster with both. Potatoes exploded,
my broiled ribeye steak was black on the edges and tough as leather to chew!
I've baked potatoes exactly the SAME WAY for fifty years---NEVER had one explode---
and what a mess!?!?!?!
Cleaning the oven inside and out is a total nightmare---its material is NOT cleanable!
A rod on both racks broke loose at one end after ONE bake and ONE broil !!!!
This thing is so fragile! My normal oven is like new after fifteen years! What a terrible product!

I bought one right before xmas this year 2-13. My Husband and I cook in this oven all the time. We love it. Every item I have cooked in it so far has turned out great. Broiled/BQ Pork Steak was excellent. French Fries/Onion rings cook great. Cresent Rolls cook evenly in the convection mode. It's like having a extra oven. The absolutely only downfall is there is no light to see your food cooking. I one for my daughter for Xmas. They use it all the time. She loves it too. I plan on making a lot more recipes. Taking it with me camping this year. Will work great in my popup trailer. It's light weight to carry, easy to use and a nice size to cook in. A 9X13 pan will fit in this like it says, but it has to be the old style 9X13 with no kind of gripping handle or edge.

This is the second H.B. counter top oven we have owned. We gave it a good overall rating instead of excellent because it is advertised as fitting 9" x 13" pans. Pre-purchase information does not let you know that if your pans have any lip on them at all, they will not fit - very disappointing. The convection oven is very quiet which is a plus for us.

After 3 days of researching the internet for a stainless steel TOASTER oven, I ordered this counter top oven thinking it was also a toaster; unfortunately, I should have read the description more closely. I thought I'd just use the broiler to make toast and that works; just takes a lot longer. Looking back, I should just have returned it. I have the receipt, so I may return it to my local Walmart, since it's more convenient. Can I do that?

Well for the short time ive had this oven i use it almost everyday and lovin it . The oven cooks evenly, better than my big oven .The rotisserie is awesome and making 2 pizzas at once makes life alot easier. I think the only thing i would add to the oven is a toast setting other than that its a perfect addition to my kitchen.

I had the choice of spending over $1,000 for a new wall oven or trying this one for $99.00. Of course I bought this one hoping it would meet my needs, it has met all my needs and I am so glad that I gave it a try. This oven is well worth the cost. It also looks very nice on my counter top. When the weather is better I will have the wall oven removed and a shelf put in that space for my new wonderful oven. Purchasing this oven on line was a snap for me, delivery was early. Very well pleased with this whole experience.

I've been using a standard toaster oven for over a year now and was really missing baking. My husband bought this for me as an early Christmas present and I have used it daily since! The rotisserie is easy to use and chickens turn out just like the deli. I was never one to use a broiler as they were always at the bottom of the oven in a hard to open drawer. No more! Broiled roasts are amazing! The convection feature cut my cookie baking times down enough that I made multiple batches in barely 2/3 the time. And no dark bottoms! Couldn't ask for a better oven countertopour not!

i got nervous when i read some of the reviews on this product but honestly i think most of the issues are user error not the product its self i love love love this oven its perfect for me and my family yes there is a slight heat variation but a oven thermometer solved that issue and its is a bit larger than the specs say it is and the stainless gets gross soooooooooo fast but otherwise its an amazing appliance for the price

I am single, and hate to heat up the oven whenever I want a pizza or cassarole. My old toaster oven (average sized) required smaller trays and dishes. I wanted something larger and more accomodating, and got all that and more. This baby not only looks sleek yet sturdy, it does everything! The old one had the times and temperatures painted on the plastic dials---these numbers eventually wore off with use, which made using it a joke. This has sturdy stainless steel knobs with the number notches on the oven. There are 2 (yes, two) racks, to cook twice as much at a time. Best of all, you can use regular sized baking dishes, muffun trays, etc.. I baked 2 lasagnas at the same time, they came out beautifully. This also offers rotissorie, which I have not tried yet. In a day and age where things are built cheaply and poorly, with a life expectancy of 2-3 years, I know I will use this a long, long time. Also was quoted 7-9 days free shipping, came in 3.
