Vonage Vonage VDV22-CVR Whole House Solution DECT 6.0 Broadband Telephone System
The Vonage Whole House Solution DECT 6.0 Broadband Telephone System consists of a V-Portal and a cordless digital phone system. The V-Portal is a VoIP gateway and single port router combined in one device. The Vonage V-Portal allows you to use your Internet connection for your computer and your phones at the same time. It can connect up to two Vonage lines through your high-speed Internet connection. Just plug the V-Portal into your broadband modem and plug the DECT 6.0 phone base into one of the two RJ-11 telephone ports. Then place the additional handsets anywhere you like in your home.

Unlike our older set you have to program the telephone numbers into each phone, they will not share the name and number info, other than that they work very well.

The Vonage cordless phone with 3 handsets is really convenient. I had miscellaneous cordless phones which I linked to my vonage service for several years, and they have all conked out. These are really good--quality of sound, easy to program, and most importantly, after getting the main unit hooked up and tested by Vonage, the other 2 additional handsets are plug in ready.

This new system works a 1,000 times better than my old vonage phone system. the old one would always break up if I was doing anything on a computer but this one has been very clear so far!!!
