I have been really let down by this camera. Pictures turn out grainy and blurry inside. Lighting has to be ideal for this camera, even when using the manual settings. The zoom isn't that great either. It feels cheap in hand to boot, so I will be returning this camera tomorrow and going back to a cannon most likely.

This camera is simple, small, yet takes high quality pictures and has many functions for its size.
It is also great for any one who wants a high-end camera, but cannot afford a 600-dollar camera
right now. The wide-angle lens is useful when you have to be closer to a larger object than you would normally be. Even though the panorama function does not 360-degree panoramas, it still is very useful.

I was looking for a camera with a zoom. I wanted to purchase a 600-700 dollar one but with my budget I decided to get this one because it was such a good deal and wanted to learn on it before spending so much money on a pricy camera. It takes amazing pictures, and has a decent zoom. I use this camera to take photos of my kids, animals, sunsets and nature.

i myself read all the reviews and decided to buy it. outside pictures are GREAT as for indoor pictures they are ok. it really depends on the lighting inside~some i took came out great and others not so good. i am still new to this camera so i havent figured out everything. overall for the price its not a bad camera but if you are getting it for alot of inside work, dont expect crystal clear pics.

I was looking at the Nikon D3100 on sale for $550. Ran across this Fuji on Walmart's website. Had everything I was looking for at a terrific price so I thought I'd try it. The zoom is awesome. The quality of pictures, I think, is just as good as the ones I have seen from the much more expensive Nikon. Definitely glad I purchased it.

I ordered this bundle last week because my one daughter was attending a prom and my other was graduating. This camera has the auto settings for easy use and manual settings for the more experienced photographer. I took the time to read the manual before I used this and it turned out that the results were fantastic. Images are clear, easy to use, the value was exceptional. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to move up from a point and shoot camera to one where they want to be more involved in the results of the picture, without breaking the bank.

This camera is not for the beginner. You should have a solid understanding of what the various types of settings do with the camera and in what environment to use them in. That said, this camera is very easy to use and does aid the average photographer understand the basic settings. This camera is a good one to own if you are interested in buying a more expensive type or an SLR as it will teach you how to take better photographs if you are patient and able to play with the settings and experiment. Then again, you might find this camera powerful enough to go up against higher end models.
This camera offers a very simple to use panoramic option, above average zoom, the ability to adjust settings, blink detection, smile detection, the ability to use a eye view finder instead of the 3 inch screen (increase battery life, less shaky, and easier to see in bright conditions), USB and video cables to connect to computer/tv, and a lot more that is provided in the description.
The battery life is not fantastic, but not reviewing photos too often on the large screen view finder can help keep them longer. Again, don't be discouraged by photos that don't turn out well, just experiment and practice and you will be taking well above average photos in no time.

This is an awesome camera for a great price. I am very impressed!! Was skeptical due to name brand, but have no regrets!! Takes clear, crisp, beautiful outside pictures!! Inside pictures are a little dark, but I think it's because I hadn't discovered the correct setting!! Looked at Nikon and Cannon, but I think this one is just as good as any. If you are thinking about it, go for it, you won't be disappointed!!

I bought this camera, case, and SD card package and I am very happy with my purchase. I had wanted a fairly sophisticated camera for decades and it was time for me to take the plunge.
This camera captures great pictures. If you are in too much of a hurry to let the camera auto-focus, your picture quality will suffer. But, if you let it help you create great pictures, it will.
I took over 350 pictures while on a trip to Maine. The 24X zoom was great for capturing things from 100 feet to over 1500 feet away. The camera was fast enough and steady enough to snag the surf splashing against the rocks and freeze it in mid-air. Some of those shots were done with 24X zoom, too.
I highly recommend this camera.

I have not had a chance to really wring this product out fully, but the test shots, even indoors, came out great. This is great value for the money. I'll append this if anything changes, BUT---in my quest to find accessories, it became apparent that this model has been, or will be discontinued! Either buy it and all the add-ons NOW, or choose another Fuji model.

I bought this camera for my younger daughter's graduation. I had taken her camera to take prom & Spring May Carousel pictures, but the zoom on hers was not good at all. I got this in time for graduation, thank God! The zoom on it is just awesome! 24x got me a good close shot of my daughter and her friends getting their diplomas on the stage of the football field set up in the endzone while I standing on the 50 yard line! The continous motion mode & panaramic mode are also great features! I would definately recommend this camera to anyone!!! The case & 4GB SD card make it a great deal, as well!
