We purchased this brewer almost a year ago. When we had a few issues with it we called Keurig for help. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever delt with. We were within a day of the waranty being up and at no charge to us whatsoever, they sent us a new one. No sending in the old one either. Keurig does not refurbish their products is what the customer service rep told me. They want the customer to get the best product so they sent out a new one. Absolutely outstanding. If you are looking at one of these brewers and not sure because the price, I would definitely say "BUY IT", you will not be disapointed. Purchase it, register it online and call if you ever have any issues, they will help you.

It would be nice if the Keurig would have a empty container so if someone wanted there bran of coffee they could have just a cup for a change of pace. Everything that is featured is what anyone would want and need. Most of the time I would not get something like this because it would not be what they claim.

it is nice to wake up and just hit brew knowing that it has turned it self on and started warming up. i like how if it is not brewing it is easy to fix and that most of the time is just cause you have forgot to put the k cup in. (yes it happens) i also love how it works and the different size cups you can brew eg. mug or tea cup or travel mug. over all i love it just wish it would brew on its own and we would be in heaven.. no hiccups yet or do i see in the future. and no mess.

I just love this coffee maker. It works great and it's easy to use. You can set your preferred temperature so your coffee is nice and hot and you can select the cup size you prefer which allows you to choose the strength of your coffee. In my opinion it's well worth the money. Some of the k cups are a little weak and pricey so I purchased the filter and put my own coffee grounds in it. I have no problem with the filter. I pack the coffee down and it doesn't leak or get coffee grounds all over the place like other people say it does. It's a nice looking addition on my counter. You can set it to go off and on at a certain time so I have my coffee real fast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this keurig brewing system.

Stopped working after 3 years

Just stopped working after 3 years. It will start to brew, spit out a few drops, then stop... After 3 minutes it spits out a few more drops then says ready to brew again.
Tried several different internet solutions, but none work. Seems this is a very common problem after 1-3 years.
Paid over $230; this pot should last forever or at least have a lifetime warranty.

I have had my Keurig since October 2011. I loved my Keurig until yesterday. I have took care in deliming and cleaning with vinegar as instructions say. Needless to say that did not prolong the life of my coffee maker. The trouble began when it only brewed about 1/4 cup water. I cleaned the needles and the delimed. Did not help. Still brewed not even a half cup. So I cleaned with vinegar. Thought it would do the trick. But to no avail. It quit brewing at all. Will not pump water at all. I turned it off and unplugged it. Let it sit over night to try again in the morning. DID NOT WORK. I called the help line to which I was told to clean the needles... did that already and the vinegar too. Unplug it she says. Did that several times I tell her. Well there is nothing more we can do she says. Then she offers to sale me a new one. No thanks I tell her. I will buy a BUNN:)

You must own the Platinum system. It is so worth the extra small amount money for the capacity of water it holds and how much better it performs. If you are a large cup coffee drinker this is a must with 5 different cup sizes. You will not be disappointed. It even includes a water filter with the machine and this cost is additional on others. The filters last for a couple of months so this is wonderful in itself. It is a great improvement from previous models.

I'll have to admit that when the box arrived with Keurig plastered all over, it kinda took the surprise out of the Christmas gift. However, when my wife finally opened it and used it a few days after 12/25, she was absolutely delighted with it. Kudos to our Keurig owning friends and family who helped to sell this product to my bride. I am not a coffee drinker, but make coffee a few times a week for the one I love. She thought the product was a bit pricey, but I assured her that it was a Platinum line product and a Christmas present which helped ease her concerns over the money I spent. Bottom line: this Keurig works flawlessly, and we look forward to many years of K-cup coffee down the road.

I am not a coffee drinker but my wife is and so I brought it for her and she was so excited to get it for Christmas that she ignored all the other things lol. But having it for a week or so now I see how great this machine is it does it all tea ,coffee even cider it was certainly worth the price and is so easy to work plus it looks great in the kitchen. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a Keurig Platinum K-cup system and loved it at first! So I bought one as a gift for my son and his family. They both quit working within 1 week of each other. I always used distilled water so it should not have needed any vinegar cleaning but I cleaned it anyway. Nothing I did would or could get it to work again. Finally, returned both Keurigs. They were not worth the money and especially the hassle!!!

I think this is a well made product. I would like there to be a different way to change the cup sizes, rather than change from the menu, should be able to just hit a button to choose ounce size. I would buy this product again.. :)

So overall the value is spot on considering its only around 20$ more than the B60 which also works very well. Except on the B60 the coffee cup sizes aren't well put in a sense. However I've found the B70 to be more specific and have larger cup sizes. It meets my expectations after all it is a keurig I know mr.coffee makes a version of it's own but I'd give that company a few years to get up to speed on things. It's durable as a quick coffee, tea, etc. maker if you take care of it "honestly use common sense". Than there is the appearance it has little edge to it and a curve which like cars makes it sharp.
