The Hefty Premium Touch Lid Trash Can offers a neat, non-messy way to collect garbage. It can comfortably hold up to 12.2 Gal or 46 liters of garbage. This is the best trash can I have ever owned. The plastc does not dent, the black and silver looks great in my kitchen, the lid prevents odors and unsightly mess, and the price is right! I now own three of them.

The main problem I have with this is that it is way too short. I'm short myself, and still I have to bend down to open it up. I'm returning it. I expected more for the money.

Other reviewers said this item was badly scuffed right out of the box, but others were quite happy with it. I took a chance, ordered it, but upon receipt found it badly scuffed/blemished when the Walmart employee opened the box. We were both surprised that it was shipped in such poor condition. I immediately asked for a refund

I have only had this trash can for a week, but so far I like it. When I took it out of the box, I noticed it had scuffs on it, but really do not show when I put it in my kitchen, but I wish it was not scuffed. I really like the black with silver trim because it matches my other kitchen appliances. I really like the touch lid. I did think it would be a little heavier, more substantial, but time will tell how it holds up. Since I ordered it site to store, I did not see it in person when I purchased it, but so far I like it.

Very pleased with this trashcan. Only disappointment I had was finding a complete stainless steel (for only about $10 more) one on clearance at my Walmart about a week after opening and using this one!

I liked the appearance and it seemed sturdy enough, but the top came off way too easily. Just a small bump and the top slid to the side or fell off. It did not seem to snap or fit snuggly. I did not use the item and sent it back. I did get a different type and am satisfied.

I ordered this trash can thinking that it looked nice. When I received this product, it was horribly scratched and missing a lid. So, I ordered another one thinking that it was just a fluke. I was wrong. The second one came with a lid but completely scratched up and looked awful. Would not recommend anyone purchase this particular product from Wal-mart.com.

This kitchen trash can was purchased to go with our recently remodeled kitchen, and chosen because our appliances are black and stainless steel. We wanted one with a lid but didn't want a mechanized one, most reviews I read say they give out quickly. This one is perfect! It's lid opens with a tap and closes with a small push. I couldn't be more pleased! Buy this! You'll love it too!

This is a great trash can.Very stylish and I love the easy touch lid.And unlike other trash cans,this one has a lip that runs along the top where the trash bag goes so the bag doesn't show at all on the outside!

first of all i didn't take the can home because when i went to the store to pick it up the customer service agent opened the box for viewing and it looked as if someone had used it to sled down a hill with no snow, the can had so many scatches on the surface that it was in tougher shape than the one that I was replacing, what's up with that???

This is a nice sized kitchen trashcan. It looks better than the typical plastic trash can. After spending 100 on a stainless one last time that broke after less than 2 years, we decided to try something else. The black with the stainless accents looks nice. The top is fairly easy to operate, it just takes a little touch and it pops right open. Standard 13 gallon trashcans fit perfectly, with no need to tuck them anywhere to stay put. I would recommend this can to a friend.
