I think that this is a real cool phone. The letters and numbers are big and bright enought to see. The voice system is loud and clear. Some may think that this phone is only for Seniors, but it's not. I think that this is a phone for the whole family you can even add more than one hand set.

The phone does all it says and more. I needed help setting up other extensions and the customer service number gave me the help I needed. So far it is a very good product.

The only two negatives I have about this product: There is no phone finder on the cordless(my other Uniden does have a button to press to fine the cordless) and there is a voice that announces calls starting with the second ring I find annoying because it is hard to understand the announcer.
The positives are you have choices of ring tones, the phone lights up like a Christmas Tree while ringing. The menu is easy to follow to set up the features you want.

Provided all the desired features for my hearing impaired mother - BOOST button, answering machine, voice ID and more. Easy to use, attractive. Glad to see my mother sitting comfortably in a chair talking without straining to hear. Fair price.

Purchased phone for my mother who is 87 years old. Very good item, large numbers and good back lighting for people who have eye problems and good volumne for the hearing impaired.
Overall very well thought out phone for people with sight and hearing handicaps.
