The Asus 10.1" IPS Tablet PC is a portable tablet with the NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor. You can connect to the world around you and download Google apps with this Android 3.0 operating system. It features two webcams of 5MP and 1.2MP that allow you to engage in video chatting while working. The 16GB storage memory allows you to store all your media files and applications. It offers up to 9.5 hours of run-time. This eee Pad Transformer Tablet PC has a multi-touch panel that is made from scratch-resistant glass, making it very sturdy. It includes Micro USB, Headphone and HDMI out connectors for the ultimate in usability.

Received as a gift from husband for valentines day. Haven't put down since, replaced my laptop. I can do everything i need on this device. GPS is a great bonus. When my husband can get it from me he enjoys gaming on it as well. Did not buy the keyboard dock because i own an asus eee netbook as well. Product is great for my 2 year old nephew and 80 year old grandmother also.

I purchased this item for my husband. My grandson who graduated from college this year and is extremely knowledgeable in computers and tablets highly recommended this Asus 10.1" Tablet over the IPad 2. For someone new to electronics my husband finds this Tablet easy to use and it is great as a reader which is primarily why he was looking for a Tablet PC. He loves having access to the internet. The price was $100 cheaper than the IPad2. He has never used a computer before so is having fun entering the electronic age with this excellent product! We give this product 5 stars! Make sure when you buy a cover it has an opening for the charger so you don't have to remove it from the cover to charge it. We purchased the Blurex Leather Slim folio

This tablet has exceeded all my expectations. I have been shopping for a good non-Apple tablet for about 6 months. I previously had an Asus Netbook and loved it but I was ready to trade for something lighter and more portable. The Transformer was that device! I have an Android phone so I was familiar with the OS so naturally I wanted to embrace my two new loves Asus and Android.
My only con is that developers are not putting out apps fast enough. :) Just kidding

This tablet surpassed my expectations. Not only can it surf the web fast but youtube videos are crystal clear. Theres barely any buffering. It is amazing for doing homework and projects. If you get the optional keyboard it is even better. There are no problems with this tablet and I have had it for two months now. Its a lot of fun too. My little brother likes to play with it a lot as do I. It is just as good as a laptop. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. This tablet is AWESOME!!!

When it works it works great. However, have had to reset a number of times with loss of all data. Finally, customer support says I have to send it to them for repair (at my expense). Also bought
a docking station that had a battery draining problem that is known to ASUS. They still sell this and then wants the customer to send it to them (my expense) for a repair that can take up to a month. Lucky I found this problem early and was able to return to the store. Will give update, if and when my tablet is returned.

The first time I turned it on, it went right to a system update and ran flawlessly. Honeycomb is awsome. I love this computer. It was easy to set up and easy to use. Can't wait to get the keyboard. Thanks ASUS.

This is my first tablet. It is everything I had hoped it would be. The only additional thing I would like is more apps specifically for Asus. I tried installing the security program Lookout but wasn't able to because it hasn't been adapted for the Asus, it only works with Samsung and one other, common, android tablet.

I got this with the keyboard dock and now I hardly ever touch my laptop. I have alot of school papers to write and this is much lighter than my 15 inch, and funner to use, and any less weight I have to carry around is a plus. The only thing I like better in the I pad is that it is much more comfortable in your hand than this Asus. Other than that, this is $150 dollars cheaper and they are just as good as each other in all other aspects.

The eee Pad Transformer is more than I expected and amazingly useful. It's a multitasking machine that allows me to edit documents, check news, manage my email, listen to music and watch movies all comfortably on a beautiful 10" screen. It's super responsive and has a battery that last forever, which exceeded my expectations. I truly love this device and use it all day every day. People love seeing it and want to play with it all the time. It's much better than other android tablets I've played with and is a steal at the price I got it for through walmart. The optional dock is my next purchase as it increases the battery life to 16 hours and has a full keyboard for when I really have to get in my documents.

I checked out a number of tablets including the iPad 2. I wanted an Android based operating system. I found that in side by side comparisons that the Asus seemed to be more responsive than the Galaxy. The Transformer has met my expectations. I went ahead an purchased the keyboard as well. I found both products to be high quality and well put together. The only complaint i have is that even though there are tons of apps out there few are specifically made for the tablets. Most are made for the phones and you want to be careful if you are going to purchase an app. Make sure it is fully compatible with the tablet. If not you will find some functions missing or it won't display properly. I definitely would recommend the Asus Transformer to anyone looking for a quality tablet.

This is my first experience with tablets or with Android. I am very pleased with it. I ordered this one because of the option to purchase the keyboard doc. I am pleased with my decision.
The tablet works as advertised. The interface is smooth. I don't see any indication of light bleed that some reviews mentioned. Also, contrary to some reviews, the camera works well.
The virtual keyboard on the touchscreen is adequate, though it sometimes gets in the way. The keyboard doc is very nice, and a must have if you do much typing. You do have to be careful of accidentally touching the touchpad on the keyboard while typing.
The only real complaint I have is that the screen is unreadable in sunlight. I will have to see if I can get an antiglare filter or something for it. Aside from that I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I have my TF a week and I am very pleased with it. It's display is so sharp and fast making it a fun to use. I am very happy with Android OS it is fast and offers many features. I downloaded Honeycomb 1 & 2 with no problems also Adobe flash and reading. I am using Nook. I would recommend this Asus eee.
