I purchased this product to replace the neck wings I was using. But it didn't fit in my infant carseat. There wasn't enough room between baby's head and the built in head rest. I have a Baby Trend car seat.

We already had one of these from when my 1st child was born, that was 3 & 1/2 years ago and we still use it! We were going on a long trip and ordered this 2nd one for our other child. These are great because you can attach them to the car seat strap to stay in place OR you can attach them to each other and slide them in behind the child's head after they fall asleep (which is what we have to do with our 3 year old) Great product, wish we had gotten the 2nd one sooner!
