We just needed sturdy bankers boxes for storage and transport. For our use, they don't need a designer name or color and we use so many that we need them to be inexpensive. These fit our needs perfectly in all areas. It was an added bonus that they were available so quickly, too.

I use these boxes for everything! Next project will be to sort my fabric stash in the sewing room. We have been moving to another house and I have been using them for that too. They are strong and I love that I can open the lid and add something or check the items and put the lid back on. I hate all that taping and since I don't have to move all at once this is doing the job.

I was relieved that I could order my file boxes on-line and they were delivered to my door for only 97 cents. I ride the city bus and really appreciated the service. The "banker boxes" are easy to assemble and are sturdier than other brands I have used before. Thank you for making my filing and organizing so much easier.

I've used these boxes since 1994 for storage, moving boxes, book boxes, etc. They are are good because they aren't bulky, they're easy to handle, and they are too heavy when filled. When I had to move, I used them as book boxes and they were the perfect size.

Boxes were great. Still waiting to hear from Walmart on where my 3rd order of boxes has disappeared to. I ordered 3 sets and only received 2 sets. It has been at least 2 weeks since trying to track the box down and I still haven't heard anything.

We use these for EVERYthing, not just documents. We've got them all over the place, full of infrequently used items, old LPs, kitchen surplus, books, you name it. We use them all the time when packing for extended vacations - we go to places with efficiencies and tend to bring most of our own stuff (laundry supplies, kitchen dry goods, etc). They really allow you to efficiently use what space is available. Another nice thing is that you can stack them pretty high and they'll still be stable. No more crushed or collapsing boxes! Of course, that depends on what you have in them, too.
Yes, they're available at office supply stores -- and the prices reflect that specialty store convenience. I'm so glad to find them here, and in larger paks than you can get in office centers!

The boxes are virtually identical to ones I bought at Staples. The Walmart price for 10 boxes was about $2 less than the 10 pack at Staples. The only problem was that I had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to arrive at Walmart. So, if you need boxes quickly, probably best to just go to Staples and buy them.

For years' we used those expensive Rubber Maid stack-able storage boxes. They were not cheap to buy that's for sure. Well, it seems that being kept in the garage, the summer heat causes the plastic bins to go brittle. We even had several that were stacked fall from the shelving, breaking many items inside.
We decided that we would use Banker Boxes instead. They are durable and the slighty smaller size makes them easier to manage. They cost so much less, that even if they last only a few years, replacement would still be far less expensive than the costly Plastic ones.... and there is one HUGE HUGE benefit to boot, they are 100% recycle-able. The environment wins here too.
