My old Dustbuster finally gave out after 10 years. After reading reviews, I decided to get this model as a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at how much more powerful it is compared to my old one. Plus the charge holds for a very long time.

Pros:
It is a 5star because it serves all my needs for a hand vac.
a) It is not too heavy
b) its battery last me a while (cleaned my car and other stuff and there was residual battery remaining)
c) It is pretty powerful for a hand vac.

This is exactly what I needed. It works greast for those quick cleanups around the litter box or after sweeping the kitchen. No need to drag out the big vacuum, just grab the cordless hand vac and no more mess. Also used it on my truck, but prefer my small shop vac for that as it is easier to get into the hard to reach spots.

So far this vacuum has been the most powerful cordless I have ever had.. Wish that B&D would make an upright cordless vacuum with the same power and ease of operation.. So far the battery stays strong for as long as I need it to... I recommend it...

The suction is not very powerful but for the price it's not terrible. However it has poor battery life. Consider yourself lucky you get about 10 mins of good quality suction out of this machine.

This is my second B & D Cordless Hand Vac in three years. The unit is very powerful and the suction stays very strong for a long time. I had to replace my other B & D due to a power surge that destroyed it, but the suction was still powerful right up until the surge happened. I use it mostly for cleaning up cat litter.

Lots of suction and power compared to similar sized models. It is lightweight, easy to use. Great for crumbs, cobwebs and getting into tight spots. Wall hook attachment is basically just a rest for it to hang on so it can bump off easily. Cord just hangs there and needs you to pop it into the front. However, I have nothing but good things to say about how it works. The thin nose is its second best attribute after the power. It gets to more spots than the blunt nose types. Worth buying.

It's still pretty new, but it holds a charge very well. It doesn't need the charging plug to be pulled out to use it each time, then the plug put back.
I like that the crevice tool and the brush are built in. Also, it has much more power than my old and wonderful Black & Decker hand vac.

Bought this hand vac to use around the computer area to keep the dust down to a minimum. It does a fine job and I would recommend it to anyone who has a lot of small clean-ups during a regular day. Be sure to spend the extra few bucks to get the model with the flip down brush that is permanently attached; it is great for hard to reach corners.

My old B&D cordless died. I researched a lot, both B&D and other brands. I ended up purchasing this one which, unfortunately isn't available right now. I'm very impressed! Much more power than my old model. I use this every day to pick up dog hair in my tiled kitchen and hallway. The charge has lasted through both of those rooms, and enough charge left to remove cat hair from my couch. I have yet to run it down completely, which was not the case with the older one. Unlike other reviewers, I find the brush useful for vacuuming furniture. I also researched prices, and this was the lowest for this model. I only live about 6 miles from a store, but it is well worth getting this shipped for 97 cents! And it arrived within a few days. I am very pleased with this purchase and hope it lasts a long time.
I also wanted to mention that this model has a single prong charger, instead of the bulky holder my old one had. I used to have trouble getting the old one to sit exactly right in the charging station. This is so much easier - just stick the prong type charger into the hole on the vacuum, like a cell phone. No guessing whether it's really charging.

Have only had this a few weeks, but so far it has done a great job. The kids love using it, so yay! I have a little less work to do! It has sucked up everything we've put in front of it so far. Was easy to empty, and is still running on first battery charge. Glad I picked this one.
