I took advantage of the Black Friday sales and bought this TV at a great price. The picture quality is great but the sound is not really good. So I bought one of the sound bars and that worked wonders.

I puchased this TV a week ago and the box was slightly damaged. It was very difficult to set up and the picture quality was terrible. Never could it to show high definition (1080P) - there was no difference between the regular channels and HD channels. The picture was very blurry and cloudy and the sound quality was ridicuous. I contacted my cable company and had them send out a technician and the technician was unsuccessful. I returned the TV and purchaed a Vizio and I am very happy with my Vizio.

So very pleased with everything. One thing that has baffled me is within a week of purchase the picture turned upside. It stayed until I turned it off then on again. Hasn't done it since. Still very happy with it.

The TV works great. However once it was pulled out of the box you could see the frame was damaged. I had paid the Geek Squad to hang it for me and had not opened the box until the day of the appointment.

We bought this model on Black Friday because of the great deal. We had no problems with the shipping (site-to-store), and the box was not damaged. We had no issues setting up the TV. When set-up, we discovered that when there is a black or dark background, we could see spots of light coming through the edges. My husband was not bothered by this, but I'm am very particular about technology and knew I couldn't deal with it. According to the store clerk we talked to about returning the TV, RCAs are not carried in store any more mostly because of the amount of returns on their products. We'll be going with another brand.

TV has a great picture, sound, and and size for the money. Viewable from most viewing angles. Has all the connections that could be wanted. Not a lot of bells and whistles as far as internet connectivity or a fancy design, but it is very slim and blends in which is fine with me.
The one issue has been that the HDMI outlet does not communicate with FIOS so I had to connect to component video and separate audio; this still gives a great picture and audio.

We are completely satisfied with our 46" LED RCA television. The picture quality is superb and the ultra-slim screen is a great feature. The set up and installation was easy... anyone could do it. It is light, only about 35 pounds, and can be easily moved by one person. It was priced right and delivered within a few days of being ordered online. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this television to those looking for a reasonably priced flat-screen TV.

For the price, a very good tv, set up was easy, were up and watching tv in 20 minutes, all time in bolting on the base. Christmas present for my Dad, he said Wow what a picture don't even need my glasses, then where is picture-in-picture, he has basic cable, no box no picture-in-picture. Other than that a very nice tv. And being an RCA made him happy too, as our first color tv 46 yrs ago was an RCA.

I had hoped that the SD programming would have come in clearer than it does after all the tweaking that I did. Still have blurry images on SD channels. I upgraded to HD service, and all the channels I receive in HD are SPECTACULAR! Guess maybe I should have gotten a slightly smaller TV to get better imaging for the SD channels. Overall, I rate it a 3 star if you don't upgrade to HD, however, if you have HD you won't regret the HD programming. If all channels were in HD, this TV would get at least a 4 star rating.
