TV was purchased 18 months ago, and watched occasionally. Great picture, great sound, however over the last six months, the remote stopped working, and the TV will no longer communicate with the original remote or any other universal remote- TRASHED. Buttons on the side will control On/Off but since there is no remote communication it cannot be used with any auxilliary devices such as a DVD player, and must be turned on and off manually.

Shocked me and stopped working

I have had this tv a little over a year, which means the warranty is expired. I went to turn the tv off and I was shocked. The red light stays on, but the tv will no longer turn on. The power cord goes directly into the tv, so you cannot go out and buy a new cord. The tv is now trash!

Had another brand until it sent snap on day and it was out. Bought this RCA after doing much research. As in the reviews the picture was not great, seems to change from channel to channel. I need to call for customer help maybe I can fix it. Love the features and the size of the unit.

I've had this tv for two weeks and so far I am very impressed for what a got for such a great price. The picture is great. The only thing I don't like is that the speakers are on the back of the TV so I find that I have to turn it up louder than I normally would.

I plugged in my tv it was working. Fine. After 4 days I tried turning it on did not. Tv had power. Remote had powerand didn't. Turn tv. Had trouble. Exchanging it. I will never buy on Walmart online. Would. Never recommended it to anyone.

The RCA has all the features of the big brands at a great price. The picture was equal to my Samsung or better. The only thing that is not good is the sound!!! It is very tinny and has a bad habit of fluctuating (Going up and down)! But, overall is a good selection for a 2nd TV or a childs room.

It's hard to know which is more annoying...the significant volume differential between channels with the volume-equalizing feature turned off (not RCA's fault) or the momentary spike in volume at the beginning of EVERY sentence with the feature on. I chose to turn off the feature and am happy with the quality of the sound otherwise. The lack of backlighting on the remote, combined with the number of similarly sized black buttons on a black remote makes it difficult to use the remote in the dark (this TV is in my bedroom). The glossy frame around the screen scratched with a very light wipe of a paper towel. The picture is good from any angle, which was a pleasant surprise based on my experience with other brands with larger screens.

I have been using this TV for two weeks. So far so good. I have not had any problems with the TV. It was purchased as a bundle with the RCA surround sound system. The surround sound system quit working this morning but the TV is OK. I will be contacting Walmart about the surround sound system. Hopefully the TV will not quit working.

I bought this tv for my teenage daughter and was very disappointed in the picture quality. I don't understand the good reviews on this product. I purchased this product based on the good reviews and wish I had just paid a little more and bought an lg or samsung. Buyer beware-do not buy this poor quality picture tv. It is equivelant to a coby brand.
