I receive my glider and I must say I was heated to see that there were not instruction or screws. The glider is very short and I'm 5'ft. the bottom cushion does not have enough padding or softness. I'm so disappointed.

I loved this chair for a few months and then the cushions started to tear and rip from normal sitting. I called the company and they refused to send me new cushions, I would have to pay over $105 for them! I could buy a new chair for that price! I would never buy from this company again.

We bought this glider because of the price thinking that if it gets us through this baby then we would have our money's worth. The chair came and beautifully matches the espresso crip and dresser we previously purchased. The chair is small but I fit comfortably as does my husband. Would not be good for a taller person 6' or more. The chair also fits great in our 9' x 12' nursery. The back and side cushions seem nice but the bottom cushion is thin but can probably be easily replaced. The gliding aspect is very smooth. I will note we have not had the chair more than a few days and our baby boy has not joined us yet so I cannot attest to feeding issues. I will also note that my husband had the chair together in under a half hour and I have enjoyed sitting in it when my back or hips hurt as they often do this late in pregnancy. I also love the side pockets

This was the lowest priced glider on the site. I've had no problems with it, but for me, it seems a little on the small side. I'm 5'9" and 6 months pregnant. The backrest doesn't come up as high as I would have liked and everything else feels snug. My husband (6'4" and 315lbs) sat in it and I was afraid it was going to break! So if youf family is on the larger end of the spectrum, you may want to consider something a little more study.

We purchased this chair for the arrival of our 2nd baby in June. We already have a Sharmag glider for our 16m old but he still needs to be rocked at night sometimes. The chair is a little wider than our other chair which is nice, it glides good and it has good cushioning on the back and arms. The bottom pad is a little stiff and thin in my opionion. I know it will break in, but with it being thin I may have to put another pillow there to sit on. After my backpain with my first child I wanted to make sure I got a chair that would support my back, and this one does.

This one looks just like the more expensive glider that I bought when my daughter was born (It is now six years old and doing fine). In my attempt to save a few bucks, I really sacraficed on quality. This glider started falling apart within a month. I've managed to glue and screw it back together several times in the last year. Today I sat in it, with my son, and one of the arms and the back snapped off. There will be no repair this time; I just ordered another of the more expensive ones.
Save yourself some trouble, time, and possible injury; just spend the extra money for a better quality glider now.

I've had my chair for less than a year and it's already cracked at the base. I'm lucky it didn't break before I noticed. I decided to check after my chair started squeaking very loudly when I would rock my daughter to sleep. I'm not a big person either, only 4'11" and 98 lbs. I sent in the warranty so hopefully they will send me replacement parts.

Great for the money, replacing after 2 years

I actually wanted to write an update to the review I wrote on the glider/ottoman set, but Walmart wouldn't let me. Well, after a little more than 2 years later and about a can of WD-40 I can still say the chair was a good buy. I received it as a shower gift, but now with our 2nd on the way I'm still buying the same chair. It did start to make little squeaking sounds after a month or so, but a little WD-40 on the joints and it was fine. The only negative thing I have to say is the cushions don't wash very easily and they show every little stain. I remember every small thing would make a stain-formula, even if I just dropped some of the powder it would leave a little 'off color' stain if I didn't take care of it right away.
We used this glider multiple times a day/night for almost 18 straight months, sometimes I would only get out of it to take a shower or go to sleep. The cushion is flat, but you can buy an extra cushion or pillow and it's fine. It's still sitting in my son's room and it still gets used. Only now it's started to make the dreaded 'death click' that I've read about. I think there's a spring popped or something. However, it might be due to my husband who is 6'3" 230 lb and does most of the rocking of my son, so he's not so gentle to the old thing. With the new baby coming I figured it's so cheap I'll just replace it with a new one and hope for a non-lemon like some of the 1-star reviews seem to get.

I am very pleased with this purchase. It is comfortable, quiet and plenty of room to rock my 3 year old to sleep every night. I gave only 4 stars because the cushion on the bottom could be alittle bit more comfortable, but after a few minutes of sitting it isn't that bad. Overall I feel this was a great purchase and am very pleased with it. I would definetly recommend this.
