I was really impressed with these headphones. The sound is incredible and sounds better than my tv's speakers. The headphones are comfortable and the wireless reception doesn't have any static or clicking like other wireless headphones I've had. The noise canceling creates a hum for some reason but I don't actually need it when watching tv because the headphones cover my ears so well. I would definitely recommend buying these for the great price.

Great headphones for the money. Shipped with all connectors you could ever need including a 3' optical which I connected to my Dish Network receiver. Make sure you completely charge before using. Also,you need to pair the headphones to the base which is not mentioned in the instructions You do this via the pair button on back. Go optical because it gives out the best sound with heavy bass and clear voice. A little tight and warm but overall great.

These are great headphones,,,,unfortunately I could not get them to work with my TV setup. I have a RCA digital out port on my TV (the only audio out ports) and the headset accepts either a Toslink Digital cable or standard RCA stereo jacks. After fiddling around trying various combinations, I could not get the headphones to sync with my TV, so I returned them. If you have a Toslink Digital connection or standard RCA audio out ports on you TV you should have no problem hooking these up.

This headset is what I needed. I only wish they didn't feel so heavy, it it seems this type of headset for the TV are all so large. It does the job of allowing me to listen to TV while my husband goes to sleep. There does not seem to be many on the market to be competitive in price. It's range does not seem to reach around corners very well.

Vizio knocks the ball out of the park with these baby's ... I just got a bad set with a earcup that did not work .... But,got another set,and "WOW" are they great ... Just plug in your SPDIF cable
to the back of the dock,charge the phones up,and you are ready to go .... All for $88.00 ....

Good features and a familiar brand name. However, the product was defective and had to be returned.
It worked fine with the cable connected to my television. When I used the headphones with the iPod connected to the dock, the signal kept getting dropped. It was very disappointing.
Too bad. I had to wait a long time for Walmart to restock them only to have this happen.
No reflection on Walmart. I was able to get a refund with no trouble.

These VIZIO headphones work really well with our VIZIO LCD LED HDTV. Can mute the sound on the TV but still listen through the headphones. Can listen outside the house, upstairs, great range. Only two improvements could be made. Make them a little lighter. And would be nice if you could control the sound on the headphones separately on each side. This is because I am hard of hearing in my left ear. Would I buy them again? YES!
(I don't have an iPod or iPhone so I can't comment on the ability to play music from these devices and listen with the headphones.)

I bought two of these head phones so when the others in the house are asleep I can watch the TV as loud as I want and not disturbe those who are sleeping. I also love the fact that I can walk around the house, do dishes, cook dinner, wash clothes all while hearing the TV in a clear and loud sound.
The only advise I have is that if you have more than one head phone you will need to also purchase a spliter to connect both receivers to the TV, well at least that is what I had to do.

I am very happy with the headphones. I have it matched to a Vizio TV. The mfg. says they work up to 60 feet. This seems to me to be "Line of Sight" because when I have more than 2 walls between the headphones and the TV I get some static and some fall off of sound. Of course this doesn't matter with a TV because you of course would be in sight of the TV but it might make a difference when listening to a music devise. Set up was a snap.

Got it to work once!

I sat on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting on Vizio to respond. To their credit, it was probably the busiest time of the day. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and tried his best to get me some help on my issue. The problem...never could get this thing to connect to my TV. Used an optical cable to connect to the TV (a Vizio 550 model), and couldn't get any sound at all out of it. FINALLY after 30 minutes on the phone, we got it to connect. The sound was horrible, it was very low (I've got a $25 bluetooth headset on right now that gets louder), and there was a loud buzzing sound. I figured it was late and I would work on it the next day. Next day...won't connect. Used the same process again that we had determined when on the phone (I wrote it down). Never could get it to connect again. It's really sad, too, as I've had nothing but great things to say about Vizio products, but this thing was horrible. Fortunately, since it was purchased as a Christmas gift, the extended time frame still allowed me to return directly to the Wal-Mart store and get a refund. Kudos to Wal-Mart, but not impressed with the effort (except for the comfort level) by Vizio at all with this product!

Fiber audio not working Yet.

Either my TV is not transmitting the fiber audio or the VIZIO unit is not receiving and transmitting to the head phones. Unfortunately my brand new 700+ dollar TV (3d) only has audio output on the fiber. Who'd think you would NOT get RCA audio outputs. I was looking forward to the fiber output and associated quality. When that didn't work I became disappointed discovering "the details got me again" that fiber was the only output for audio available from the TV. Now I have to determine which one is broke. Is it the TV or the Headset by VIZIO.
VIZIO unit makes a minor sound on AUX and IPOD selection but the SPDIF (fiber audio) selection is basically extra quite as in totally MUTE. TV is configured correctly with PGM output to the fiber as instructed to do by the VIZIO instruction. By the way, Great Instruction with the headphones that basically explains everything and how to set em up correctly. I like that in a product. I think I just have a hardware problem with one or the other units.
Off to test somehow.....

It worked fine for a couple days. Then for some reason It stopped. The GREEN light on the headset start blinking. I checked the manual and found the solution. I went through it step by step at least 6 times to no avail. I tried calling Tech support but they want $35.00 just to answewr your questions. I am taking it back and will not purchase another.

I gave these wireless headphones to my "selective hearing" husband for Christmas yesterday morning. By last night they were charged and ready to go. He isn't tech savvy, but was able to connect them to the radio, cd player and television. He was in his own world as the kids played around him without interrupting his private bubble. An excellent value on a sophisticated product that has turned out to be a gift of peace for the whole house!

I bought two pleases for me and my wife. I am leaving in apartment, around 900sq.ft, it is work in everywhere in my apartment. It is sound very clear like home theater, when something moving in the screen from left to right the sounds coming from left to right. I use it in TV movies, so I connects it to my TV box's sound outlet. Also, I use it to watch netflix so I connects it to the TV outlet. I connected both of them, my w. headphone and my wife w. headphone , together. I connected the first headphone to the TV box outlet sound and the second headphone to the outlet sound's of the first headphone and it work very well in AUX mode. Each w. Headphone came with two normal sound cables and one full HD sound cable. Just read the manual very carefully and you will know how to use it.
