We purchased this and LOVED it! For a little over a year.. Then it stopped working. It would give us maybe 2 oz of coffee when we hit the 10 oz button. Called to file a claim for our product replacement plan that we paid for and instead of replacing it they want us to send it to be fixed. Would not have a problem with this but, What are we supposed to be using for coffee for the next month while waiting for our machine to be sent back in working order(hopefully)? I am not sure if I am more disappointed in the machine or the customer service at this point.

After months of research and looking in the coffee pot aisle every time I would visit Wal-Mart, I finally broke down and bought the B60. I was so tired of brewing a whole pot of coffee and only drinking one to two cups and having to throw out the left over coffee. I had a friend who had a Keurig the B40 model and she was always telling me I needed one since I loved coffee so much. After using hers every time I would visit I decided to start doing my research and select which model was best for me. I purchased the B60 over the weekend and I have to say I am in love. I purchased the Donut Shop k-cups along with the Snapple Iced Tea k-cups. I love the Donut Shop as well as the Snapple tea! It really is a breeze to use. I'm hoping that I don't run into some of the problems others have had with this product. But as for right now everything is working very smoothly and coffee is fantastic!

Never thought I'd pay over $100 for a coffee pot but I'm so glad I did. It makes coffee so fast and good, with no mess. Makes it easy to have just 1 cup of coffee in the afternoon. I ordered it on Tue and it arrived on Fri morning. Another thing I like about this pot is that you don't have to leave it on all the time because the water heats so fast.

I love this thing SO much!!! I only use my "full pot maker" when I'm out of K Cups. It's very quick at making me a fresh cup of coffee. (Or tea, apple cider, & cocoa) The travel mug I always use is bigger than the max brew size so I just brew back to back a the largest cup & then the smallest cup with the same K Cup. Yes, the 2nd time, the coffee is kind of weak but once I stir in my creamer, I can't even tell. The biggest complaint I have isn't with the machine at all, just the cost of the K Cups. Yes I know there's a reusable one but that defeats the convince lol
Overall, I highly, highly recommend this machine.
Oh & yes, it's very important that you use ONLY filtered water. Sediments in non filtered water get into the pump & short out the motor.

I've had my coffee maker now 15 months and it finally gave out on me; not sure why, but water leaks from the machince when I make a cup of coffee. This seems to be a trend thing, because it happened to my brother's coffeemaker as well. Reading several of the reviews shows these coffeemakers tend to have problems anywhere from 1 to 2 years. But while it last, it's an awesome coffee maker and the coffee and convience is exceptional too.

This coffee maker is awesome, however i noticed that my coffee had a funny taste. I followed the instructions on rinsing the filter (the charcoal in the filter) however there was a funny taste so i removed the filter and used bottled water and presto my coffee was delish.

I love this Keurig Brewer, now even though I did not purchase this from Walmart and got it free as a tester I am very happy with this product and will be purchasing another one sometime this year for another family member, I have also recommended this brewer to friends and family two of which want to purchase or receive this Keurig brewer, it makes hot coffee, tea, hot cocoa, or just hot water and makes ice tea and vitamin infused beverages and since it makes one cup at a time, you don't have any waste left over or bitter coffee stale coffee always fresh and brews very quick within a minute total time the brewer features a timer so you can set to come on in the morning and it will make the coffee for you,, you don't have to do a thing except fill the resevoir and set and forget it and your coffee will be waiting for you hot and fresh. downside of this brewer is it is so big and takes up alot of counter space especially if you have limited counter space but it is very durable and should last years, nothing cheap about this brewer and since it's from Keurig you know you are purchasing quality and it is a very good looking brewer and I am proud to display this Keurig even though it is big but easy to clean.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the Keurig B60. I've owned it for about a year now and I drink coffee about twice a day. It works like new and I wouldn't go back to the typical drip coffee machines again.

This is the THIRD one of these that I've had fail immediately after the warranty period. I've used this 3-4 times per week with only bottled water. I've descaled it several times during the year and still haven't had any luck. This one failed two weeks after the warranty period ended.
Taking into consideration the failure of these after the warranty period, I believe Keurig has designed them to last just long enough to get past the 12-month warranty. I wish there was a higher quality version. The upgraded and commercial models just seem to be fancier versions with the same unreliable guts.
It's a great idea and convienent when it works, but they just can't seem to make them last very long.

I love being able to choose cup size. I was worried since I drink a lot of coffee but this brews so quick that its a snap. I also enjoy trying a variety of Kcups without purchasing the whole box. This way I can buy more of the ones I really like.
