This was one of my daughters most wanted items for her 8th birthday! She absolutely loves it. There are not that many barbie play sets out there, especially which includes 3 beds for dolls at a reasonable price with doll and accessories, therefore this was a great deal! Like many plastic toys these days they usually are not that sturdy or fall apart constantly, it did seem sort of flimsyish when first seen in box, however is pretty sturdy and she has had no problems with it at all. She would be the first to complain if it was a problem, but she has been playing with it for almost 2 weeks with no problems.

I bought this doll to add to my Barie collection. Although this is not an collectors Barbie, I know somewhere down the line Mattel will stop making her. It comes with many different items and i'm sure if you have a little girl with or without siblings she would love this item.
