bought myself this pc for christmas, and couldnt be happier. the processor is on intels topshelf, i put 16 gigs of ram into it, a second hardrive, fan speed controller, a second disk drive and extra terrabyte 3.0 usb external drive. didnt come with wireless card, installed a tp-link pci card for around $30.00 300mbps and it rocks. replaced my asus essentio with this unit, the first essentio didnt work and had it replaced, so it just goes to show you it dont matter whos name is on it, eventually you might get a bad one of any brand, so try not to act like a child, and overreact. i couldnt resist after reading other peoples reveiws of this unit. and besides how many people write reveiws when everything is good.lol

I received this cpu and plugged it in and found the graphics card failing (screen would go black) called tech support and they tried to walk me through some steps. I explained to the tech this was my first buy and usually I build but I just wanted something right off the shelf. Now I am waiting for a call for an RMA on the card. Other wise I do like the setup just want to play my games. It looks like they rushed to put this system together face plate for MOBO installed with seperators bowed out. I did have a respect for Cyberpower but now I question their build abilities.
