It's true that you get what you pay for. This backpack is literally falling apart. My son has used the backpack for about 6 weeks and it has huge holes along the zipper. We have already had to replace it and are very unhappy that this bag didn't last until the end of the school year.

I was trying to decide between spending $80 on an LLBean rolling backpack or trying this one. This backpack got good reviews so I jumped on it. Literally after my son used it one day it started ripping on the bottom. I called the company that shipped it and they were awesome. Sent out a replacement thinking it was a defective backpack, since I noted the bottom base curled up. By the time they sent the new one, this backpack was trashed. My son is hard on his backpack, since it is heavy and he needs to get it on and off a bus, as well as wheel it all day long. I decided not to open the new one since it seemd too flimsy for my needs. They refunded the full price, no questions asked.
