This game is good for those who are in good shape already to stay that way when you cannot get out or if you do not want to go to the gym anymore. do not plan on this if you are trying to get to that point. bought this for my daughter and she wanted a fitness game that would help her and this is not it. will be good after zumba helps her

Awesome workout Game/ excercises

Was skeptical at first.. But now realize this DVD is the real thing as far as workouts go. After 3-5 small workouts I was drenched in sweat, a little sore, but had tons of energy to get me through the day.. I love this DVD and will continue to use/ play it :)
