This was a refurbished item, but came complete in regular package. It was easy to set-up and has worked very well. The remote control is well labeled and easy to use.

the best thing i liked about this blu ray disk player was the color of it but i wanted a blu ray disk player cause there so many blu ray titles out there i wanted and the price its 30.00 dollars cheaper than one with a bunch of features and i liked the blu ray played regular dvd so i didnt have to give up all my dvds thats the thing i liked about this blu ray player plus im glad its 1080 p and 1080i

Was looking for a basic blue ray player and this is it. It's about thirty dollars cheaper than any other Blue Ray I found and doesn't have the features I don't need like a LAN or whatever they're called.
