Aside from my husband-to-be's wedding ring, the shipping box was empty. There was no warranty card or paper showing that I paid for the warranty. The only proof I have now is my online Walmart receipt. I would have complained about this earlier, but we're planning a wedding on our own and have been very busy. I think that paying for a warranty is only good if there is something in my hands to show people, if I ever needed the warranty.

I bought this ring because it looked really nice online. I got it and it was nice but not really what i expected. Im a simple person so it was nice for me but after only wearing it for two months the diamond fell out. The prongs arent broke and theres no physical damage to the ring, it justr fell out. I was not happy. Thank goodness i bought the two year insurance on it.

THS SERVICE PLAN IS A GREAT BUY AND AT A GREAT PRICE, AND IT STANDS BY EVERY THING IN IT. NOW ONLY IF THE RINGS THEY SHOW ONLINE ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE WHEN YOU PICK IT UP. THE RING I PURCHASED LOOKED SO MUCH BIGGER THAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP. IT WAS SO TINY AND NOT VERY NOTICABLE.

This is an inexpensive added warrantee. The only problem I had was we returned the ring bucause the size wasn't right and reordered another just like it smaller. I thought I could transfer the extra protection to the new one. I was wrong, I had to return the added protection and purchase it again.

This ring is nice, but is more for the sentimental value I have on it ( my childrens name). I got the 10k gold ring, which looks more gold plated then gold. (Ihave 10k rings which look more authentic then this). At first I was upset that the enscribed names where a bit too small to read, but once I got comfortable, I realized the more subtle, the more elegant. I got genuine stone, which look more costumish and fake. The overal design of the ring is good, I just wished it looked more authentic. Either way I'm glad with this purchase.
