Worst experience ever.
Please save your money, don't buy this item.
I use for a week, and I have to return it.
The bike was already damaged when it arrived. This purchase was the second after I returned the previous one (same item) that was defective on arrival.
Please look for something else.

Sounds like a delivery issue

Hi Matatu,
It sounds like both bikes were damaged in transit. This can happen because the box is fairly large. If you can provide us with photos and we can determine if it is a error with defective parts, however most likely your driver or distribution hub may have been a little aggressive in handling the package. This can cause components to be disrupted, even break in transit. Please call us to see if there is anything we can do to help you 610-868-7652.
